They had an opening and I was able to bring in 2 of my sick kittens in the same day. Both my girls had slight fever and where not feeling well. Dr Brown gave both of them IV fluids and medication. After a few days both of my 6month old kittens where back to their perky self. I'll gladly make a 30 min drive just so my cats could be seen in the same day. Highly recommend.

(Do respect their time and ask informed questions!) - Pre-pickup: echo other reviewers. Frequent and informative updates from potential conception to puppy pick up. 0 surprises. - Pickup: easy, straightforward with clear paperwork. The Holloways welcomed us into their homes with warmth and kindness that hark back to the best of yesteryears. - Transport home: we worried how puppy would handle the 10h+ drive. The Holloways thought of everything and then some: extra water + food to ensure no upset tummy, towel with mom and siblings scent, a chew toy to relieve stress. So helpful in the first days! That toy remains his favorite nearly one month later. What really amazed us was pup gave unmistaken potty signals. We thought we would need to make off the beaten paths stops every 30min, instead, they were more like 1-2h gaps. The amount of prep work the Holloways did to ensure a smooth transition! - Puppy's progress. Hubby wanted a bird-hunting dog outside and a good fam dog inside. So far, puppy has exceeded our best hopes! He is friendly to strangers but only "velcros" us. He started sleeping through the night within 1 week. Now 3 weeks in, he's commanded "sit", "come" and "heel". And puppy is natural retriever! Dummy-tested day 3 home. Puppy came home obviously well-socialized, healthy and already has preliminary crate training under the belt. Our prior non-GSP was not. The difference is night and day, with lifelong impact on temperament and assimilation. Recommend future buyers to know what kind of puppy you want/need, and trust Mike's judgement to pick the most suitable pup. Benefit from Mike's knowledge, experience and attention to details.
