We were told staff had not recognized that they were ill during their stay, so neither had received treatment before pickup. There is no telling how long they had been ill before I advocated for them. Our dog improved with antibiotics, but our cat's condition worsened and she was euthanized 2 weeks later. Given that both of our previously healthy pets became sick while boarding, we have serious concerns about the facility's hygiene and infection-control practices. We were deeply upset by this experience and no longer feel comfortable boarding our pets here. We were also disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement and empathy from the staff.

Then today, I had two separate mini emergencies with the same wild angel child and Dr. Paula's office squeezed me in twice- today! If this were my cat, I would be getting nervous about the whole nine lives thing.
