Her communication is impeccable. We ordered a large tent with draping and chandelier lighting, tables, chairs, and linens. The evening before our set up was very windy. Megean contacted me to let me know that the winds were going to come in overnight and she had some concerns regarding the interior draping moving due to the wind. Since she is the expert I left it to her to decide the best solution and everything worked out great. She went above and beyond to ensure our tent would be sturdy and decorations remained in place. I was frantically calling tent companies, but expected that I wouldn't hear back until the following morning as it was after hours. Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 7pm from Nancy saying that they had one last tent that was set aside in case of an emergency. Not only did she call back that night, but she got the reservation to the office and called me back to confirm details on Friday morning even though it was her day off. The crew came and set up the tent at 6am Saturday morning, which left enough time to decorate. They were very professional, got it done quickly and it looked great! I was a little worried with all the wind and hail that we were getting at one point in the evening, but we had no leakage whatsoever. The venue, caterer and florist all asked me who we got the tent through, and when I said 'Made in the Shade', each one of them said that they had worked with them before and they were wonderful.
