I love how during the spin class we got off the bikes and went into the studio to add on some exercises with body poles to do crunches and various movements to get a total, full body workout. Even better is the crunches and push ups that were integrated. The music is awesome, and I was encouraged to sing along, which if you really know me, makes me a happy camper. I will definitely be going back and am really looking forward to trying out some of the Zumba classes because I LOVE to dance!
