Layla's Dance and Drum studio provides fun, yet challenging classes for my child. Since we have been with the school, I have observed remarkable growth in my child. Ms. Anayo's program has helped to build dedication, discipline and responsibility in my child over the past two years. As a youth Track & Field Champion, athlete and coach, I seek out the best quality extra curricular activities for my child. Layla's Dance and Drum meets the mark, they are top tier. The dance performances are extremely entertaining. I beam with pride when I see my child's capabilities come to life knowing the hard work and training that it takes to prepare for each show. In the past, I have volunteered backstage at shows where teams of parents work hard to make sure that all children are safe, and on time for each performance. Without fail, the dance school owner goes above and beyond. There have been times when I observed her lending extra props and costumes to dancers in order to add to the flare and excitement of the show (free of charge). It is quite evident that she has a heart for our children. I recommend Layla's Dance and Drum with the utmost confidence.

No seating provided for adults, no help from employees for party setup or handing out food. I was told I could hand my decor to an employee who will set it up, which I did, but it was not set up by the time we got back from the gym and there was no one even in the room. The playtime in the gym was not at all facilitated or organized as they said it would be, it was basically just like an open play session. The employees seemed like they've never worked with children before, and seemed bothered to be doing so. If you are looking for a venue to take the stress out of planning, I would not recommend this gym for a birthday party. That being said, thankfully the kids had a great time because we finally broke the "no adults on the floor" rule and started making the fun for them.

This issue did not impact our daughter, but we saw several families leave Leggz because their children were passed over - despite strong dance skills.
