My daughter didn't want to wait! She started at Island Xtreme in mid October and she can now do back walk overs and back handsprings and her confidence has SOARED. Everyone has been very supportive to her and patient with her. The staff are easy to talk to and have no problem answering any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this cheer program!

Below expectations. Customer service left me wanting. UPDATE (several semesters later): At the price I paid, I expect the trainers to be in excellent physical condition. They weren't. I also expect the trainer(s) to instruct and ensure each child gets a turn. They didn't. Fell way below expectations. Go watch a class or two before you sign up. You be the judge. We won't be back. EDIT: I recently received a compliment on my review. Here's what was shared with me: "Totally hit the nail on the head. I actually went there in the late 90s and early 2000s and I can tell you that barely anything has changed since then. At the other -top of the art- places we would see that year after year they did the same routines and the groups were by age instead of skill level. At NGC, children are grouped by level and work on specific skills until they master them. Also, safety is the gym's primary concern. The gym itself might not be flashy, but they have great equipment and in terms of technique they are very on point. The owners have been very accessible and willing to work with me with any concerns I've had regarding my children which I really appreciate. After my other experiences I have been impressed with my girls' improvement and their excitement and willingness to learn. Highly recommended.

They decorated the tables and step up everything for the birthday. They gave the kids hand sanitizer before they started the party activities. The kids started the party with inflatables, trampolines, balance beams and more! It was good for all ages and for boys and girls. The place was very festive and perfect for my daughters 5 year old party. They had the inflatable chair for my daughter which made her feel special. Besides receiving the nastiest looks on the planet, no one said so much as a hello nor introduced themselves. Acknowledged my children? Not a chance. Okay, a smile for the birthday girl? You guessed it. At this point I'm so uncomfortable, I offer to help set up to perhaps shift the energy. They deferred. We enter the gym and thankfully the kids were able to enjoy because as I said above, the facility is very nice. The staff members softened after my mother said something because frankly, it was upsetting. If you're a parent, you know birthdays are a huge milestone so a little kindness goes a long way in making the day special. Admittedly, I am probably too laid back and should have something but I was too stunned by their behavior. Forget the extra special touches that literally every other facility does such as music preferences of the birthday child, I didn't even want to interact because they were so unfriendly and wildly unapproachable. Party ends and you better believe they were vacuuming and spraying tables by the literal minute the party ended. My kids see their cousins about twice a year and I couldn't even enjoy the moment because I felt the eyes glaring for us to leave. I am imploring you to take your hard earned money elsewhere. I will gladly host your child's party myself to save you the experience we had. Never in my life have I experienced staff this rude in my 40 years of existence. What a heartbreak.

One time she was assigned to a balance beam that was too big for her to mount. No one noticed, and she just stood there watching the other kids practice on the beams. Another time there was a substitute coach who had her try something that was way too advanced, and she fell. At that point we were done.

The teachers are patient and build great relationships with the kids. My only concern is that the kids don't get properly trained on how to perform on stage and certainly would never make it far as competitors with the leniency of the teachers. They have on campus vendors come like pony rides/petting zoo, brain show games, magic shows... And the trips! The optional trips are always amazing. They change it up every summer so the kids have variation. My daughter likes to go on every single trip! Overall, camp tuition is on par with other summer camps of the same ilk. Whats super nice is they have payment plans where you can start paying in September and have months to pay it off. There are also a few different times you can get crazy early bird discounts. The administrative team is so super friendly and helpful any time you need something. If want a real CAMP experience that your child is going to look forward to going to every day and cant wait to go back to the next year, look no further!
