So I decided to look around to see if I was getting the best deal. Jumped on Yelp for insurers in my area with high ratings. Went onto their site and filled in request for quote forms and waited. Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. A few days later, I get paperwork to sign and decided to drop them off personally. Got to meet both Linda and Becki, very pleasant women. I will update my review after I make any claims

He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %). Last year they ran out the clock and hit us with a $8k/mo premium increase (over double what we were paying). This year our renewals came around and, once again, the increase was outrageous, staggering in comparison to last year's increase. THAT insurance agent used veiled threats, withheld information and basically did everything they could to keep us from shopping, but our new Financial Director told us she has a guy.......and he ended up coming in right under the deadline and saved us a staggering amount of money, with higher coverage that will open up new markets for us. "There's no way there can be that big of a difference", I told the Financial Director. "That can't be right", said the owner of the company. It was right. Constantin patiently answered every inquiry.
