They will chat with you if it isn't busy and it is one of quite a few around the Twin Cities. I really like the feel of this store, it large but feels like a neighborhood liquor store. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to browse at my own pace and when I was ready to find specific items, they were able to lead me to the exact spot in the store. The check out employee was friendly as well. It was easy to sign up for rewards - just need drivers license and phone number. My only complaint is that prices do seem to be higher than other liquor stores, BUT the rewards member prices can be a better deal than other liquor stores.

I go to get beer tonight..9:50 I don't have my ID I never have my ID. I'm never carded here because I'm here all the time. Of course they card me, no compromise I can't show them a picture of my ID..of my passport. Now I understand this, this is the rule to legally buy liquor..however once again I am here all the time. Frustrating but understandable. I run home get my ID make it back at 9:59.. doors locked and they just laugh at me from inside. Laughed at me. Tried to show the woman it was me that was just here, she won't look at me and the gentleman just laughs at me. This is the most disrespected I've ever felt as a customer. I know my business doesn't matter to you in the scheme of things but my family and I will make the drive down the road a bit further now. Hopefully they won't laugh at me.
