After posting on Facebook, they reached out to me, and explained some things about the item I bought. But I also provided prices for the same item at another store, show it about 40% cheaper at these other shops. Then did then reach out to me, and refunded the price difference to me, which was over 20.00. I want to thank them for stepping up for the customer. It meant a lot that they seem to care about each and every patron. Will buy from them when again in the area.
