We will soak your nails, shape, cuticle push, lotion massage and finish with the polish of your choice." I had no soak and no lotion massage, no shaping........I did have a junior stylist that had no idea what she was doing. She cut my nails as short as possible, after the first one, I had to let her finish so they would all be the same length. After she cut them, she asked if I wanted them short. They use Zoya nail polish that has tiny brushes, she was dripping the nail polish on and spreading it out. I told her it was too thick and she said she was trying to get rid of the streaks, I asked to take it off a do just clear. She dripped that on as well. My nails are not even, they actually have corners. I am so disappointed. I came home, removed the goop, shaped and polished my own nails.

This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. I wish I would have known how bad it looked in the back and with natural lighting before leaving. Management has still not contacted me after I called the store and left my information. Update!!! After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located.
