Before Christmas, I went to Julia McAree, PA-C, for some lip filler, and let me tell you--Julia provides five-star care from start to finish! I've had lip injectables before, and Julia is by far the best. She uses a vibration distracting device--you can feel it in your jaw, teeth, and lips. Honestly, it's magical. It made the process surprisingly gentle--it was the most comfortable experience yet! She numbs you beforehand, and there's numbing in the shot, so the whole process felt amazing. I was going with one syringe, and her approach was perfect: "Let's put half in now, see how they look, and balance them up and out." My lips have always been kind of uneven, but now they are flawless. From the corners to the pout, everything is perfectly lined up. They're just popping! I can't wait to put lip liner on these bad boys! The results? Completely natural-looking, ultra-smooth, and even. I had no lumps at all--a first for me--and my lips looked amazing even after just half a syringe. Julia's thoughtful approach, spacing out the syringe over two visits, really paid off. My lips are so full and beautiful. If you're considering injectables, go to Julia! I'm so happy with my results--this was the best Christmas present to myself ever. This is my first time writing a review of a medical clinic or a doctor, but my experiences here have been so wonderful that I have to share & encoyrage others to try Westland Clinic. I have been coming here since birth (now 34 years old) and am on my 3rd doctor in the past 30 years. Started with Silverstone and then Denuchio, but now that both of them are retired, I have had to find a new primary. I have seen Dr. Baroff 3x's now, and could not be happier. His bedside manor is exceptional, he doesnt rush you out of the office, gives you his undevided attention and is encouraging. I see him for primary care as well as mental health and am so satisfied with my treatment. Within one month he has me back to the happy & outgoing self I was starting to lose & miss. read more

The good: Every provider I have seen has been great. I feel like more than just a number when I see the doctor or nurse practitioner. They have been compassionate and kind, and they seem to genuinely care about your health and well being. The bad: The wait times can be painfully long. I have waited an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment to even be taken back to a room. When I checked with the receptionist (after an hour) to make sure that I had not been forgotten somehow, she acted annoyed that I even approached her, and before I could even get up to the counter and get a word out of my mouth, she said very loudly, "He's running behind. Just go have a seat." My biggest issue with this clinic is with their prescriptions and their communication. I have called and left messages for my doctor multiple times, and never received any response. One of those times, I ended up in urgent care, and almost required hospitalization, which could have been avoided completely had someone returned one of my several calls. Additionally, any time I have had a prescription that requires renewal, I have to call multiple times and am lucky if I can get my script renewed in a week. I must also mention that this is for a psychiatric medication that can cause withdrawals if discontinued abruptly. I work for a mental health clinic, so I understand the process of prescription renewal, but there is absolutely no reason I should have to call several times and wait weeks before it is renewed for refill... Especially with a medication that you're not supposed to suddenly stop taking. I'm unsure if this is an issue with the office staff not relaying the message, or if the clinicians simply put it on the back burner, but either way, this is horribly neglectful of the clinic. This has not been a one time incident, but a chronic problem since I have become a patient there. read more

I don't even know where to begin don't ever go to this place the staff at this place sucks. Debbie especially the biller can't even get back with you I've contacted her 15 times no contact back. she wants to be rude like always and then hangs up on me. She can't resolve anything they falsely Bill things. I went in just for a normal check up and they drew 16 different test on me chest x rays and heart scans charged me up the Mind u I'm 28 and healthy. I am not sure if the staff has changed since the last reviews, but they are wonderful. The office is busy and they team does move fast, but not so fast you are treated any other way than with respect. The doctors are very informative and really treat you as their only patient. I have been under medical care for sometime and this office is my best experience by far. read more

The doctors are wonderful, but the office staff is a nightmare. They treated us with rudeness and were very uncooperative. When I complained to the manager, I was told that they were "trained" to discount our insurance, and behave the way they did. After going there for years, we will never again step foot in this place.
