No job considered under $50,000. My husband and I are old house buffs, remodeling our century home one room at a time. We gathered several estimates last spring but decided to remodel our kitchen instead. Since property values in our area have been skyrocketing and our neighbors are large newly constructed homes, we have a great investment in our century home.
