She was charging me for the salsa, the water, the potatoes which replaced the rice and the toast. She had done this same thing before at the old location. I complained, they fixed it. And she stayed away from me. Didn't have any more trouble until today at their new location on Comal. She probably thought it was a good idea to alienate the new customers as to set a tone. I told her that she shouldn't ad live the bill. She replied, "nothing is free" with that snarky tone. I told her that over at Jalisco's two blocks away it is free. Her response, "Go To Jalisco's".
