She was charging me for the salsa, the water, the potatoes which replaced the rice and the toast. She had done this same thing before at the old location. I complained, they fixed it. And she stayed away from me. Didn't have any more trouble until today at their new location on Comal. She probably thought it was a good idea to alienate the new customers as to set a tone. I told her that she shouldn't ad live the bill. She replied, "nothing is free" with that snarky tone. I told her that over at Jalisco's two blocks away it is free. Her response, "Go To Jalisco's". She might be one of the owners, if she is Franks? wife, Dorine? or something like that. If so, and if they bought that new location like I heard, then they are looking forward to eking out a living. Jalisco's is so close, so nice, and so cheap. They did fix it up. I am guessing $15,000+. If this is a waitress, get rid of her. She will sink your business, all that money, all those improvements, all for not.
