After being awake for 36 hours for work and already frustrated by the earlier phone experience, I simply requested a refund. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and this was my first experience of this nature. unfortunately, customer service has shown a gradual decline in recent months. Waitress took their order, the cook cooked their food and the waitress gave them their food before we even had our drink order taken. When i asked our waiter if we could order, she informed me that she was working on it and i needed to be patient. She then placed our silverware and took our order. Every refill had to be asked for. Service was terrible. Maybe she was having a bad day but there is no excuse for the way she behaved. Absolutely Rude.
