I would describe the meat as having been minced (even finer than shredded). I did not notice much smoky flavor from having spent many hours in the smoker. The meat also could have been a bit warmer for my taste. The sauces were good, and I used them up because the meat could not stand on its own. The sides were okay. I had the coleslaw and baked beans. The Coke slaw was mostly bitter, rather than sweet or vinegary. There was no bite from the jalepenos. The baked beans had slices of apple and were good, but not amazing. I had high hopes but ultimately was disappointed.
