They use the excuse that the system is too complex for us however we have had several techs look at it and they have confirmed the design is poor and was not created for the purposes we requested- now they want to charge us $189 for a service call to correct a faulty sound and video system. We are seriously disappointed- we cannot use the system and are out $25,000.
