He did apologize, mentioning that he had to attend to his large party inside. Soon after another waiter came over to serve us. Which was great customer service! There were lots of choices to be made due to the number of dishes available. Our food arrived and we definitely made great choices! My carpaccio was absolutely wonderful. The taste was fresh and lemony, which I've never had before. It was magnificent! My Caprichosa salad was simply delicious. The carbonara pizza was light and tasty. The penne pasta was perfectly seasoned. Our lunch was exquisite! After all that food...we didn't feel that we've over eaten. It was just perfect. They gave us limoncello to close out our lunch. I was hesitant to drink it, but I did. It was really good. It was cold and had the best lemon flavor with barely a taste of the vodka. Which was great because I'm a light weight. This charming restaurant is certainly a gem. The service was great. The food was amazing. I wish I had more time on this island to enjoy another meal at Piccolo!

It's a small informal cafe really but they have speciality pizzas that are always updated on a chalk board as well as classic pizzas which are on a printed menu in English and Spanish. I love pizza but always revisit the classic Diavolo because it goes well with a nice glass of red. The pizza was very nice with a crispy base and the house wine was like most to be found in Tenerife, cheap and quite robust! Recommended for a late night quick treat.

It's a medium sized place, no a/c. We started with sow Prosecco (only one type offered) and some house bread and unsalted butter--they served it warm, a nice touch. The Prosecco was great tasting. For dinner we ordered the Pizza Mesicana and Spaghetti al Gamberi. Both were cooked fresh, served hot, and tasted out of this world. This place knows how to cook! For dessert we ordered the Banana Split and a couple of Cortados, and again they hit a home run! After we were done they provided a couple of Limoncellos that were super refreshing.
