I went back to Dr Slenkovich and within two weeks was in and getting reconstructive surgery. After I experienced complications. A normal risk, low risk, but still one of the risks. My tissues on one side werent getting proper circulation. Right away, I was acknowledged and heard. I wasn't dismissed. I wasn't. Told "let just wait. We'll see you at post op." It is immediate care and they saw me everyday for a week and even started treatments that aren't typically done on a regular basis. I was even seen by surgeon and my nurse on a Saturday. The kindness, warmth and empathy. Genuine compassion. Genuine support from the entire team was put this office above and beyond. I feel like I made friends. Never felt as though I was a burden. They got me in everyday without question. Not only the treatment. But the girls look better than I could have ever expected. Dr. Slenkovich has amazing bedside manner and is a master at his craft! Whether it's for fun, for confidence or for medical necessity. This practice makes you feel as though you are family. I cannot express enough to them how grateful I am. As an ER nurse I know we can be difficult patients- the worst really- but they never, never stopped encouraging me, supporting me and answering every question and concern. If you need a surgeon. The nice Dr. Bovenzi was no longer present as he insulted me by telling me ears were always uneven and by the way, my eyes were uneven, too. Worst facial of my life…read more This is in a doctor facility, not a nice spa type of establishment. As soon as I walked in she started trying to upsell me. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.
