My fiancee did lots of research and heard a lot about Bleach Please and how they did wonderful when it came to vibrant dye jobs. My stylist was Chad and I have nothing but kind words about the patience and hard work put into fixing my hair. Chad put in about five hours of work to cut, bleach, and color correct the mess I was living with, and give me the galaxy hair I wanted. I'm normally really shy when it comes to getting my hair cut but Chad and the other staff were really kind and we chatted about my hair, the cosplay I was getting my hair done for, and all kinds of stuff and so the hours went by quickly. The shampoo and conditioner that they recommended have been working much better for me than the shampoo I got at Sally's. I'm honestly surprised at how vibrant my hair is still. I get so many compliments on my hair and every time someone asks where I go tit done I tell them Chad from Bleach Please. I'm excited to go back and get it touched up.

I am extremely picky about who I let bleach my hair as I have a unique hair type and try my best to keep it as healthy as possible. But after a year of letting it grow out, I decided to come to Bleach Please salon. Consultation went great and my stylist was Delianne. I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this salon…read more Before my appointment, I showed my stylist inspiration pictures of **my own hair** from when I previously had the blonde color I wanted to return to. She also showed me her inspiration pictures, and we agreed on the cut and color before beginning. While she was coloring my hair, I asked about doing a full highlight and whether a partial would achieve the color we discussed. She told me it was too late to switch to a full because the technique was different. I wasn't concerned because I trusted that the partial would achieve the result we had agreed upon. After bleaching and toning my hair, she then told me that my hair would not be as blonde as I wanted because I had received a partial and would need a full session to achieve that result. I was very frustrated because I had specifically asked about a full highlight earlier. If I had been told beforehand that a partial could not achieve the agreed-upon color, I would have chosen a different service. I also noticed a visible line from my previous color that had not been blended. When I spoke with the manager, she told me, "I am the professional and I know what I'm talking about." I agreed and explained that this was exactly why I was upset--I trusted the professional to tell me what service was necessary to achieve the color we discussed. Instead, I was told after the service was completed that I couldn't get the result I wanted. The manager became extremely upset and yelled at me while I was trying to explain my concerns. I had to ask her to calm down. When I said I would be leaving an honest negative review about my experience, she accused me of threatening her. I found that response completely inappropriate and extremely disrespectful. I was not offered a refund, only discounted additional services to try to achieve the look I originally wanted. I never would have agreed to the salon's pricing if I had known beforehand that the service being performed could not achieve the result we discussed. I only booked here because my regular stylist was booked and I was trying to fit in an appointment. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with both my hair and the way my concerns were handled. My hairstylist was Rita who said that my hair type is best cut with dry hair. I have never had that in the past, but I trusted her experience. However, I was very disappointed that she cut my hair so quickly and then didn't ask me if I liked it, I felt like she was pushing me out the door. I have long hair and asked for many layers, lots of layers that are visible and she did not give me that. I had her add more in and asked her to fix a few things 5/6 times, which she did, but with the attitude that I was bothering her. Her cuts are $75 dollars and that's an unfair price for the experience I got. My next complaint is partly due to the coronavirus but it still left a negative taste in my mouth. I called on Friday for an appointment and was told the salon was finally able to use the blow dryers, but to schedule early in the day because they sometimes ran out of sanitized brushes near the end of the day. I came in for my Saturday appointment and Rita told me that was not the case, no blowdrys. I told her that the receptionist told me differently, and her only response was "oh she knows".
