I went to prim and did not have any issues with my stylist until I got a new install done with new hair bought within the salon. The stylist sold me the incorrect hair and the final look was not even close to the picture I had shown her. The owner stepped in and offered to fix it as a "courtesy." I came in, she apologized for the mess I was left with, and said she would fix it. It was not until the end of the service that she told me my new total which was over $1,000. She put new hair on me without telling me the cost of the hair and I had no idea what I agreeing too when she said she was going to make it right. I spent thousands of dollars on new hair- half of which was removed and sent home with me when the owner stated, "I have no idea why she gave you this color." When I saw the total I was in shocked and had been at the salon for over 8 hours for the second time. I reached out to her the next day and stated I was shocked and would like to discuss a possible refund of the hair I was unable to use that was removed from my head. I have reached out to this facility several times, as well as to the owner directly multiple times and she does not reply or ever get back to me. She scammed me of a lot of money and further scammed me when she painted it as a "courtesy." Do not do business with this salon. You will have no idea what you are paying for until the very end and then they will ghost you.
