We had reserved a lane for two hours at a cost of $50 each, including shoes. We also ordered pizza, and the food was adequate. The only drawback was that parking in Brickell can be challenging and expensive. Overall, we had a pretty good time, and it was a fun place to watch the game.

The waiters and bartenders have always been very helpful and efficient. The bathrooms are also plentiful and the bowling alley is nicely set up. One thing I believe this facility could improve on is the addition of hand sanitizer stations, as I truly feel like it is almost a cesspool of germs, considering we share lanes with other groups, and the arcade is frequently by many of the guests. During our visits, we never notice any management interaction or presence throughout the bowling alley and I think that also would be a good idea for someone to routinely walk by to check on guest satisfaction. Also, the most recent times we have went, we also noticed that there are other lanes that are open yet far away from players that have already been set up. Each set of lanes is usually filled with us and another group of friends yet we see there are five lanes open to the left and a set of lanes open to the right. This makes it feel like we are kind of all mashed together for no reason. I think it would be better if different groups of people would be spread out throughout all of the lanes and not just grouped into the sets together. The doorman ensures that all guests that enter do not have any weapons on their person. The seriousness in that with today's pro weapon climate is very well appreciated. All of the bowling balls and lanes are an excellent condition and the computer screen is very easy to manipulate and set up. Thank you Lucky Strike for hosting us time and time again!

Basement is located inside The Edition hotel in Miami Beach. It's in the ground floor. It had been nearly a decade since I had been here and I'm glad to see it's alive and well. There's a bowling alley and an ice skating rink. I believe their nightclub is now closed? The bartender was super kind and helpful. Drink special cocktails were good and well priced. The other drinks were also good just a bit more expensive. The ice skating is not for everyone but definitely a fun addition if you dare to try! Definitely a fun vibe with good tunes playing. When a nearby table opened up, we asked if our friends could be moved next to us. Our server was kind, said it should be possible, and went to speak with the manager. We had also spoken with the hostess, who seemed overwhelmed by the number of walk-ins. About 12 minutes later, instead of seating our friends at the available table, the restaurant seated a party of 2 there. Since our friends were only 4 people, they easily could have been accommodated at that table. What made the experience worse was the manager, JP. He came to our table claiming the table was reserved, but that didn't seem accurate--we spoke with the couple who had just been seated there, and they told us they were walk-ins. We understand that restaurants have policies and reservations to manage, but JP's attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. There was no effort to find a solution or show any empathy. The restaurant wasn't even full, and many guests were heading to the mini golf course, so the situation felt unnecessarily inflexible. Puttshack has a fun concept, but customer service is just as important as the experience. We hope upper management reviews how situations like this are handled, because JP's approach did not reflect the level of hospitality customers expect.

This place is getting the low rating mostly because the one lady that was posted in front of the…read moresapphire course on the first level was absolutely the rudest human I've ever met in the service industry. She completely ruined my experience on that course by being rude, she didn't let us type in the number the way we had been doing it so she messed up our leaderboard and score tracking. She was absolutely the worst. I would never go back because of her. The place itself is fine. There's only 3 courses which isn't much variety, other Puttshacks have 4. I feel like there's a lot of wasted space. There's also a lot of glitches on some of the obstacles. The one air hockey one didn't give you the bonus like it was supposed to and most of the moving pieces were glitching or completely broken and the starting point on many of them were broken. The 25$ all you can putt deal is fantastic though. I absolutely love this deal and would purchase it any time. But I would never go back to this location ever.

OK so I want to love Battle Racing, but unfortunately this place leaves a lot to be desired…read more I recently went here for my cousins birthday because he wanted to live out his inner child dreams of doing real life Mario Kart. We went in a large group, and got to try out both the racing and the shooting game they offered. The actual race is so fun - you can buy a package to do two races that's around $25, but they offer group discounts and deals the more tickets you buy. I had a blast racing the go-karts, and it was even more fun because I beat my entire family much to their dismay. While the go-kart experience is fun, the entire experience of Battle Racing is pretty mediocre. The building itself is pretty run down, and the staff is not very welcoming or helpful. The place doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of other games to play while you wait your turn, and they also do not offer reservations and the experience is first come first served. I would imagine that creates a weird experience if you aren't the first ones to arrive like we were. There is only one bathroom for the entire space, so if the place is full you have to wait quite a bit. They also offer food and private party services, but seemed pretty unprepared for our private party which my cousin booked in advance with time details and food requests. I think this place could be really successful if they spruced the place up a bit, offered a bit more organization when it came to booking, and had a more welcoming team. There is definitely potential, but it missed the mark for our party this weekend. There is a free parking lot in the back of the building, as well as street parking. Overall, if you want to go-kart race here I would be prepared for an in-and-out experience as it's not a place you want to linger.

The staff was so kind and the music was a whole vibe and the go karting was just like Mario Kart but live which was super fun!!! So glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews because this was a core memory made today.
