I bought a Groupon for an underarm wax. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2pm on July 31st. I arrived at 1:57 and waited at the front desk for five minutes before asking another customer if they had seen anyone come to the front since the front desk was empty when I arrived. She told me that the person was in the back and then she poked her head into a door by the front and told someone that I was waiting. The owner, Charlene, came out a minute later and I told her that I had an appointment at 2pm and that I had a Groupon. She didn't apologize for being late. At this point, it was 2:07pm. She asked me for my Groupon and then redeemed it without taking me back. Then, she told me to have a seat and she would be with me in a minute. I sat down while she went back and got a biohazard bag and handed it to a man who had a box for the biohazard bag. It was overflowing and wouldn't fit into the box, so I noted this mentally as I wanted to check the cleanliness when I got inside. After she took care of him, she spent another couple minutes at the front moving papers around. Then, she told me that she would see me when she had a room available. I asked her how long it would be because I had to get my daughter. At this point, it was 2:11 and my appointment was at 2pm. She replied, "No more than 5 minutes"; I said okay and continued to wait. She then went into her shop next door and helped a customer that was buying a bathing suit. I waited til she finished and then asked her again how long it would be. She told me "As I told you, 5 minutes. I've only been her for three minutes ma'am." I told her that it had actually been 6 minutes. She then told me that she would refund me in a rude tone of voice. I told her that the problem was that I had an appointment and she didn't honor that. I told her that I wasted my time and gas driving there, but she didn't want to hear it. I then asked for proof that she was refunding me and she didn't respond. I took out my phone so that I would have a record of her stating that she was going to refund me. She tried to grab my phone. I was alarmed and told her not to touch me. She then told her employee to record me. Then, she called the police and told them that she had an aggressive customer. I asked for proof of the refund again and then took out my phone to record the interaction as she was now on the providing inaccurate information to the police about me. She then assaulted me by pushing me outside violently. She pushed my breast area and literally pushed me outside and I stumbled as I tried to maintain my balance. This woman has a violent temper. I have already filed a police report and learned that there was already a report against this business three years ago. Don't ever go to this business. Charlene is rude, untimely, disrespectful, dishonest, and violent. read more

Extremely disappointing experience! Waited 45 minutes only to be told the waxing specialist was "on their way". After over an hour of waiting, Charleeen finally arrived but didn't even acknowledge me. The only saving grace was the refund, supposedly, but the lack of communication and customer service was appalling. Would not recommend. read more

So I was looking for a place to get my nails trimmed and maybe relax some literally two hours before Thanksgiving dinner. I was closer to home than my usual place by the office and everywhere else was closed / fully booked. Yelp Mobile pointed me in this direction, and I can say the algorithm was on point. That first day, I was able to get squeezed in and get my nails trimmed nicely, clean and minimalist. My manicurist worked out all the knots in my hand from the mouse and typing with two fingers. Speaking of knots and Jack Bauer-like workdays, I saw on the adverts that they offered massages. The owner, Charlene, was available and gave me a great workup that left me feeling like new. The massage room is dimly lit and has a good selection of new agey meditation music. Since then, I have been coming back whenever I can squeeze an hour of me time (usually end of the workday) and having Stephanie help me relax and reenergize. And then they removed my review, and commented "we told you not to shower after, and you were cursing at us" I did not curse at one single person!!!!! And I realized I would not be accommodated in any way for this I immediately left because what is the point!!! If you spray tan you KNOW it's not supposed to EVER be this color. This is NOT THE COLOR OF SKIN. Skin should never be this color!!!!!! I would be better off smearing the bottom of an ashtray all over my face. I literally was like guys this is so bad???? Horrible service. Came here for post op massages everyone is so nice and welcoming in the beginning to catfish you into buying a package but once they get your money they switch up on you and don't do the job well. Charleen the owner is very unprofessional I told her that her staff made inappropriate comments to me and were impatient with me, cutting my massage time early and she took up for them and picked an argument with me. I was trying to find a quick nail salon around the area that I was, I went to yelp and saw this place had 5 stars.. I was like Ok let's try it. DONT !!!!!!!!This place is awful, I went there the other day and the "nail stylist's" kept talking and talking between each other, it is an awful environment, everything is so disorganized. My "stylist" didn't know how to remove DIP powder and I had to say what to do, they left my nails soakkkkkk on acetone. I went in there because yelp review showed 5 stars which is a lie. I realized that they were new to yelp and I was about to walk out because the place looks awful from inside but it was too late to walk out because I went in there late and the other nail salons where about to close. Nails started snapping off the next day I also got my lashes done by the owner and she put bunches of lashes on one of my lash hairs that they started falling off immediately while I was even paying they started coming off and my eyes are irritated and swollen she is horrible. My cousin came here to get a Brazilian and she told me not to come due to how bad her bikini wax was but I thought I'll still give it a try and I regret everything I had an appointment made it on time and still was seen an hour later. read more
