The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. Once the claims were processed by the insurance, the insurance determined I as only responsible for $221. I reached out in September for a refund of $212.60. They claimed that the insurance had processed one of the claims incorrectly (out of network v in network) when I double checked the claim, this was false and I sent them a copy of the EOB. I have requested a refund four times in writing and they ignore me. They have called me to say to be patient. Its now November and on 10/31/25 they submitted a claim to my insurance for February. The submitted a claim for a provider I never saw at the practice. I have filed a complaint with the state and I am going to continue to increase awareness of their unlawful billing practices.

Horrible experience with this dentist. Dr Callejos was…read moreinstalling a crown in her office and cracked my adjacent molar forcing an ill fitting crown into place. The sound of my tooth cracking was so loud that it startled the dental hygienist who was flossing my teeth and myself. Dr Call3jo and her staff pretended everything was fine. I returned a weak later with complains of tenderness when bit bit down on that side and that the newly installed crown was shifting up and down. Again, I was told every thing is fine and we just need to tighten it down more. The discomfort grew much worse and I developed a severe infection , resulting on sever pain and losing time at work. I returned on an emergency basis, to Dr Callejos office, and was informed that the adjacent molar to the crown placement was the problem and I needed to see a specialist to have a $1,300 root canal. $850 dollar later and half way through the root canal, the specialist informed me that the tooth was fractured from top to bottom and a root canal was inappropriate due to the tooth not being salvageable. I return to her office to confront Dr Callejos about cracking my adjacent molar when she improperly forced the ill fitting crown into place rexukting inter fracture of the adjacent tooth. Even tough her own hygienist did admit hearing the sound of my tooth cracking, she denied culpability. This was si disappointing, Dr Callejos never attempted to take responsibility for her shotty work. The lack of ethics , her complete absence of professionalism and concern for what her mistake put me through was shocking. Covering her ass is her was only concern. Now instead of having a prosthesis and crown being placed and finishing with the paid for dental work, Im having to deal with the time, inconvenience and $3000 cost of her subpar work and complete lack of ethics. I could not be more displeased with her office in general and her lack of empathy and standing behind her work. Buyer beware in this office, question every thinh they do and say. These people are not going to be having yiur well being as their principal concern.
