If I had stayed in Miami, they would've been my go-to dentist for my cleanings and checkups throughout the year. I recently visited a SmileGeneration office in my current town, Dentists of Port Charlotte, I was initially excited because I was hoping for similar service from a product of the same company. Unfortunately, they did not even come close to meeting any level of quality. I miss South Kendall Dentistry. I highly recommend that office to anyone in the Kendall area of Miami. I feel like finding quality dentists is a challenge no matter where you live, but South Kendall Dentistry does not disappoint.

They took my phone call and after explaining my situation told me to come in asap and that a doctor would see me quickly. And that as long as the doctor agreed the procedure could be done same day! I went did some X-rays, was walked through insurance issues and quickly resolved them and before I know it the staff explained the procedure and got it started. They worked quickly and carefully and had me out within 3 or so hours of arrival. That includes new patient paperwork, insurance confirmation, X-rays, doctor's examination and procedure! 10/10 would recommend!

He continues to be my dentist and now he is my husband's dentist. My favorite thing about this office is the customer service. I feel that I am treated like family, and that alone is invaluable. Olga Delgado, the doctor's wife and Office Manager, is such an incredibly sweet person and very accommodating. My hygienist Maria, is super professional and very friendly. As a kid, I've always looked forward to going here because I knew my visit would always end with a surprise trinket from their famous treasure box (I still look forward to my grown up goodies a.k.a floss and dental samples). This gesture alone speaks volumes as to how detail-oriented this lovely boutique dental office is. Growing up in Miami, it is quite challenging to be a loyal customer to any given professional- mainly because of poor character traits, shady or unethical behavior which always displeases me and then I move on. In my perfect world, I'd have the same dentist, Primary care physician, mechanic and hairstylist for the rest of my life. I'm lucky to say that at least I have my forever dentist and will always be a loyal patient. I have never had any pain with any procedure and I have healed rapidly. His techs are also excellent. In particular I would like to mention Isabel who has taken care of me for many years and is outstanding.
