I haven't been to a Miami Grill in ages and I'm happy to say I had a good experience. The person working drive through was super nice and the order was ready pretty quickly. I had a cheesesteak and my son had the hot dogs which were Nathan's brand and he was happy about that. I love this place because you can also get Nathan's fries here and they are just so good!! My steak sub was loaded with steak, mushroom and light onions and the bread was really soft and fresh. They also sell wings and gyros as well as a few different kinds of salad. They also offer milkshakes and ice cream cones. On a subsequent visit a few days later my husband and I went inside to order and again the staff was very friendly and the inside of the restaurant was spotless. Now that I've been twice within a week I think I'm good for awhile but it's someplace you should check out for a really good steak sub. read more

Miami grill or the artist formerly known as Miami Subs has always been a go to place for me because of the mixture of food they have. They have stuff from Miami subs (subs, burgers, wings, gyros, etc.) and Nathan's Hot Dogs/fries. My wife and I both got cheese steaks, her with delicious seasoned fries and I got my absolute favorite Nathan's crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce! The subs were so cheesy and delicious!!! Kids didn't want subs so one got a cheeseburger which he loved! Perfect cooked with a nice slice of cheese! And my daughter got a hot dog from Nathan's that she devoured! The only downfall to this spot is how HOT it is in the play area where we sat. It was borderline unbearable as we basically sweat through our lunch. read more

I only come here for the fish because there is no Captain D's or Long John Silvers around. Today wasn't so bad because there are times when they over fry the fish and hush puppies. My kids love the chicken dinners. I came and it does take time to cool the food fresh. I hate when they tell me that the barbecue sauce is in the bag when I ask for some and the bag is too full for me to really check. Then I get home and it's NOT in the bag. So my poor kids don't have the barbecue sauce they want to eat with their food. Overall it is a hit or miss and I really need them to double check and check the bag to the receipt since they actually list sauce on it. read more

First off, let me start by saying that the food was good but my entire experience was ruined by your drive thru cashier named Paola. The manager Kelly was very polite & understanding to my complaint. Paola however had a snarky attitude the entire time. When she handed me my order, I asked for some hot sauce. She gave me a SINGLE hot sauce on an almost $54. order. I then asked her if there was steak sauce in the bags & she said, "Noooooo" & rolled her eyes (something I would think would be in the bag or at LEAST offered when someone orders TWO footlong steak subs). When I asked her if she could PLEASE give an add'l single hot sauce, she told me, "That will be $0.54 additional" & smirked. I asked for the manager Kelly because she had a "smart ass" attitude & tone. She must not like her job or want customers to return. I don't know why someone like Paola is the face for Miami Grill. This is a fast food place I have frequented for over 25 years and have NEVER received such poor & distasteful treatment. I work hard in the south Broward area & have choices on many places to dine (including other Miami Grill locations). If I'm in the area, I will choose another location to dine as long as she is representing you. Miami Grill has always had friendly service. This girl is petty & does NOT need to be working with consumers in any manner. She sucks & when you're ugly outside, you should at least be pleasant inside. I'm asking Miami Grill to review the video & recording from when I arrived. I was very cordial & remained that way until after I spoke to the manager Kelly. Another side note: Other managers there have told me you guys are no longer honoring my discount card but most of them always agree to give me at least 10% off. This Miami Grill is conveniently located near the Pembroke Lakes Mall. Next to Pollo Tropical. I came here during my lunch break and usually I go to Pollo but wanted to try it out. I love their Nathan Fries, it's always fresh out the fryer and have that crinkle shape too it. This time around, it wasn't fully cooked. Just like my entire lunch. I ordered the Fish & Chips which took a while too. I was at the drive-thru a good 20+minutes. I couldn't believe it and they told me to pull over to the side because the fish is still cooking. Still got my order cold. I couldn't even eat my lunch, maybes than half. Which consist of me eating the hush puppies and a few fries here and there. Went here for a quick bite with boyfriend. Young lady taking our order was beyond rude when he was ordering. But i told him to leave it alone, she sounded young. We got to the window and she continued being rude for no reason. I asked for a refund, and when asked why by what i assume was the manager, proceeded to explain the situation. Manager said she was training, then took my card behind the closed window for 5 minutes. I must've waited about ten minutes where the orders are placed for the rep, who pretty much had an attitude with myself and other customers that requested things. I was almost ready to walk out but was eventually asked if I had been helped, and proceeded to order the food. Another fifteen minutes later, I finally get the food, and ask for sauce for my fries. Amazing GM, tootie!! We had gotten a wrong drive thru order (both Sandwiches with onions even though we asked for no onions) realized this when we got home and too late to go back. Called the store and tootie was very polite and asked us if we wanted to come back the same day or another day and they would give us the same meal made right. I just went back over two weeks later and as soon as I started explaining she asked if I was Jennifer and knew my situation right away and told me she'd been waiting for me. Told the kitchen to make them and had them ready within minutes ! They were great made perfect. We understood the first time was just a little mistake. The BEST customer service !! While the location is clean and the food good, the manager and another employee loudly bickered the entire time we were here. It was not only uncomfortable for the guests but the other employees were also visibly uncomfortable. It made ordering difficult because the poor girl taking our order couldn't hear. I won't be returning here any time soon given the atmosphere. Even several of the employees complained to me my boyfriend when we commented on how uncomfortable it was and on a regular basis. When I order food that cost $17 for just a hamburger and some fries. I expect a meal that's going to be hot. The food was below temperature literally ice cold thank God for microwaves. The person that took the order was very kind, but the person that took my money no smile no good evening just the price and a feeling as if I was getting on her nerves. This is disappointing to write. Runny noses wiped with hands, check. Attitudes from eymployees, check. Mold and old bathrooms, check! Did I mention no gloves, being charged $2 for some lettuce on the side, and greasy food? Disconnection between corporate and the restaurant, if you order online and need to change something or a refund they say cannot be done on the restaurant, everything has to go through corporate. I had a large order that was placed on line the info I got was it would be ready in 20-25 minutes, when I arrive and since they were doing all the small orders they made me wait for 45 more minutes!!! they didn't even had the order on the system they needed me to show my phone with the order and they wrote on a puede of paper, unbelievable. I am an old customer who was very disappointed that they changed the wings a while back so I have not been here in a while. Ordered delivery via uber eats and was disappointed for a second time in less then three weeks. The order was not correct and part of my order was missing. On both occasions I was advised by they're rude and sarcastic staff that there was nothing they can do and that it was an Uber eats issue. They offered no other solutions and although Uber eats refunded my portion of the missing order they refused to send me or correct the error. When I moved to Tallahassee for college it never occurred to me that I wouldn't have Miami Subs as a late night option anymore. When I was a kid, maybe 9-12 y/o, my parents used to get their wings at 10 cents a piece. I'm particularly more of a cheesesteak and fries with a Coke kind of gal. Speaking of their fries, I'm so glad they're one of the few fast food places that haven't altered their recipes because they have some damn good fries. I'd also like to give some recognition to the young woman working the drive-thru at around midnight from Feb 13-14. Their drink machine behind the counter for drive-thru was down and I saw her hurry over to the drink machine in-house to get my Coke. I appreciate the rush even though I was in no hurry.
