I am a water skier that has been buying water ski boat and ski equipment from Miami Nautique for a number of years. I have always received good service, with quick delivery and good prices on anything I ordered. The true test of service is when you experience a problem. I experienced a problem with an expensive ski part I purchased, almost a year after I purchased it. I contacted them for a solution. They secured a replacement from the manufacturer immediately, had it drop shipped to my doorstep (at no cost to me) then followed up to make sure it was taken care of to my satisfaction. Let me be clear! I worked for miami nautique starting October 2020 my first experience walking in was to a jeep with a strap on dildo attached to the hitch on the back. It's miami so I kept my mouth shut. Some weeks go by and I confronted the owner of the jeep. He was shocked to find out it was there. One of the top technicians I'll call "T" admitted to putting it on the jeep & thought it was funny. I did not think it was funny at all. I imagined all the strange looks in traffic & concerned parents afraid to ask..what's this. I state that because it brings contrast to what I'm about to say This guy restlessly bullied me for the next three years July of 2023, T commits a felony & secretly records a conversation between him & I Takes it to management in an attempt to get me fired The owners and their manager sit me down and tell me about the recording I explain it's a felony in florida to do what he did This is some sneaky, unethical behavior that is the culture of the service department They fired me for what I said on the tape & T got to keep his job... wow ok The week before this incident T threatened to put my face through my car and beat my a$$ the week before.. IN FRONT OF ANOTHER EMPLOYEE that witness everything So by the following week when he started a confrontation I went ALL in and told him if he wanted to fight me..bring it. I was enraged because for years I've been complaining about T...not once or twice..for years. I stopped when the manager told me he would love to fire him but the company didn't want to be sued. Very curious what he has on them..maybe it's proof of Victor's claims in a yelp review Bottom line, toxic environment I'll give you another example Back in November 2022 I was assaulted by the parts guy for calling him out for coming in hours before his shift & making breakfast It resulted in me be assaulted I quit & refused to come back without a sitdown with management This all happen at 6am.. by 9:30 I was assured of a meeting so I came back I was in the middle of a critical, time sensitive job that management knew without me completing it would mean they would have to be honest with the boat owner about why it was taking so long to get back It was the week before Thanksgiving.. So they agreed to a meeting. I thought for sure would result in a termination due to shoving me, backing me up, calling me racist names He'll no! Here's how he was punished.. had to come in at his scheduled time (8am) and no longer could work Saturdays I didn't file a police report for this.. I was understandably upset and threatened to quit I was immediately threatened with a lawsuit to get the money in training they paid if I quit So I stayed Big mistake BIG Ask yourself this..all this aside When you look around at the service department Does it look like the type of place you want your 250k plus investment worked on Toxic employees yes Toxic environment yes (literally) pics to prove it read more

They've serviced my boat (exceptional service!), I've bought ski equipment from them, gotten advice on skiing around the state, and more. I was very confused on an Item I was purchasing and the customer service from the employees at the shop was exceptional

Although I didn't step foot in the store (obviously, as I live in Texas), I want to give a shout-out to Miami Ski Nautique for their stellar customer service, both online and on the phone yesterday. I had been looking for a particular comp vest for my wakeboard/waterski needs, and low and behold! MSN had the exact one I wanted ON SALE! I needed the vest right away, so I called them up to ask if I could overnight it. Daniel helped me out. At first, he offered a better vest at the same price (which was a great deal) that they had in stock so I could for sure have one for the holiday weekend. I declined and insisted I wanted the Liquid Force Melody. He understood, and immediately got Liquid Force on the phone to inquire about overnighting the size I needed. Daniel called me back a few hours later to confirm he got it all taken care of. How nice! Sure enough, the new vest showed up this morning before 10am CST. I highly recommend these guys if you need something related to water sports. They're extremely helpful and their service goes beyond anything I had expected. Side note: I, however, messed up and ordered the wrong size. I called Daniel again this morning and he's going to do his best to get me the size I need. Oops. read more

It's always the little guys that come through and save the day when the big chain lets you down. In this case, I needed a decent looking life vest and helmet so i could try the wakeboard park in Amelia Earhart. The selection at the big sporting goods store was utterly lame. I walk into this place on Halloween day and the first thing i see is this tall dude with long blond hair walking around - he was wearing a little red cape. I thought he was just some wynwood weirdo but it turns out that his name is Aaron and he works here. The cape? He was "Thor", which really worked for him. So much so that I DEMAND this be his uniform for the rest of his life. I didn't catch the other employee's name but they were both extremely helpful. They made small talk while I tried to decide which gear to go with. They even went as far as extending an invite to meet up with them at the park after their shift for some wakeboarding. Really cool crew here! The shop had a great selection of wakeboard, wake ski, and even kneeboarding equipment. As far as boards go, they mostly carry hyperlite, liquid force and ronix. They sell other brands but these seemed to get the most attention. Their prices are competitive on some items and steep on others. The price on their website might also be quite different than there prices in store. They had certain helmets on clearance online that were still marked regular price in store. I didn't ask if they'd match their own online clearance price but I imagine they would. It's also be worth mentioning that even though they are around the wynwood area, they have their own parking lot. If you're looking for some good looking wakeboarding and watersports gear locally then give them a shot. read more

The pro shop has everything under the sun for wake boarding and more. IF they don't have it they will get it for you. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Thumbs up! Talked to someone at the store who said they would email me a tracking number for the super delayed package. They blamed a third party distributor but didnt offer any compensation or discounts. They never did get around to providing me with a tracking number, but the package did arrive today as they said it would. Won't be buying anything online from this store ever again. read more

Items listed on website are not in stock. I've tried to order 2 items at separate times during the past year and have gotten emails saying the item is unavailable. I've never had a problem with buying any wakeboard equipment except from them. Be cautious when purchasing. read more

If you order online they do not have the items and try to substitute with whatever they do have. Customer service is not something they seem to care about. I would not purchase from them again. Ordered a wakeboard from here. When ordering the website indicated that it should arrive by 11 April (order placed 1 April). Few days after ordering received a call that the board was not in stock and would arrive shipped from the manufacturer. 10 April called to find out where board was, it will not arrived until 16 April. Multiple calls to get tracking number. Still waiting for it. Would likely order from another company in future. read more

Found Miami Nautique ProShop on the web while searching for water-skiing gloves and when I visited boy was I surprised; haven't seen a water-sport's store this good in a while! Met Henrik, class act. Ended up shopping for more than I had planned. It comes down to experience, and that's what I got, a great experience from him and the staff. i was at the nationals in west palm beach this summer and bought 5 ski bindings for my adult kids, and a ski that they delivered to Colorado! i bought a binding model that was new to them, got them home and they all wanted their "old" style binding. That was in august. We live in west Palm in the winter so i brought them with me the last week in October. I called the shop in Miami and spoke with chelsea. WOW! what customer service. She is even having the new (old model) delivered to a store they have closer to west palm. She couldn't have been nicer, Thanks so much . JT read more

I've been to Miami Ski Nautique many times. Usually, I need some watersports equipment, but once in a while, I just stop by to see what's new and watch a bit a wakeboarding or waterskiing on DVD in the proshop. It's also pretty cool to walk through the parking lot and dream of owning one of the Nautique ski or wake boats they sell. This store has everything you could possibly imagine in the world of watersports. If you want a wakeboard, they have a multitude to choose from and their staff is made up of athletes who know how to set your equipment up for you. They also have tons of waterskis, vests, wetsuits, ropes, etc. When you walk in there, you just want to hang out and see everything. I've always had a great experience at Miami Ski Nautique, so I send friends there when they want to find good equipment. read more

We flew all the way to Miami, FL from Southern California to purchase a boat and ended up at Miami Ski Nautique. We had the most amazing experience at Miami Ski Nautique and Miguel really took care of us. They made us feel really comfortable, took us out on the water, gave us several options, they were very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. They made us feel really comfortable with our purchase. Even after we got home, we were able to contact Miguel directly, he always was willing to help us and always delivered. Very disappointed with this company. I bought my boat in the Miami location and after 1 year had them sell it. They offered to sell it with a 10% commission. The boat has been sold for 2 months and they have not payed me the full amount of my boat They payed 50% after one month and the other 50% I have been pushing them to transfer and I STILL have not received it. Not a very serious company when it comes to paying the owners boat their money. read more

this place is nasty. passed through while on vacation. seriously, go somewhere else. the staff is stuck up and some don't speak english. they didn't have the right sizes of anything but promised to ship the right sizes to our hotel. we never got anything from these crooks. still waiting for a refund. rude phone service, as well. the description here talks about all their "loyal customers" but when we were there the place was a ghost town and we came back 3 times to try and get our stuff when it didn't come to the hotel. no customers were ever there. thanks for messing up our vacation. miami might "need a ski shop" but it aint this one. read more
