Last time I was in the South Beach area, I stopped at this Adidas store and I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff and the selection of regular and sale priced items. The store was laid out very well and it was also nicely stocked of items. I found a nice t-shirt and some other good deals as I browsed around. The people on the floor were very nice when I had questions. I would come back here if I was in search of sporting good items and/or Adidas branded merchandise. read more

I was searching for the Mary Jane Sambas, which were sold out online, and this Miami Beach Adidas location was the only nearby store with them in stock. The store itself is small, well-stocked, and nicely displayed. There were about six customers inside, but only one employee at the register and possibly one in the back. When I walked in, I didn't receive any greeting. I asked the associate about sizing, and while she answered, her tone felt a bit dismissive and rushed. When I was ready to check out, I was told to wait and ended up being helped last after all other customers had left. I did find the shoes I wanted, so mission accomplished but while the selection is great, the customer service could definitely be improved. read more

They have exclusive Miami only Adidas T-shirts and accessories and also the "Bad Bunny" sneaker collection. This store mostly has the more unique pieces from the classics collection and the edgier current Adidas designs. Great merchandising (beautiful displays) they score 0 with Customer Service. I walked in and immediately asked if anything is on sale. Without so much as looking at me in the eye, the lone salesperson in the store says simply pointed and said: "that corner and everything with a (certain color) tag is half off". If he was a better sales person, he would have walked over to me and engaged. Perhaps asking me if there's something I was looking for.. why would anyone wanna shop here? I have gotten better service at the Adidas in Lake George, NY and the stuff there is less than half the price! read more

I came to this location for the Ivy Park Drip 2.2 in store shopping experience. I knew buying the Ivy Park Adidas line would be difficult online so I was happy that I was able to secure the time on the Adidas app to get a shopping time. Because of COVID it was a sign up system on Adidas's app that gave you a date and time to come in. It was QR code you gave to the person at the door which is verified with your ID. The downside of this event wasn't necessarily this store's problem, but Adidas itself where there was a glitch in the system allowing more people to sign up than allowed. Because of that, more people showed up, delaying your entry time. You were initially given 30 minutes to shop but it was cut down to 15. Once inside you see why there are people limitations here because the store is small. The items were nicely organized and everything was in order. Couldn't find your size? They went upstairs and got it for you within a minute. I got everything I remembered I wanted well within my allotted time. The associates there made it so easy to get in and out. I will say I did forget an item or two because I did feel that Supermarket Sweep type of pressure to get in and out in time because they kept telling you that you had 15 minutes. But I'm happy to get the major items I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely shop at this Adidas Originals store in the future for other things not related to the reason I initially stopped here. read more

I wanted to get some sneakers from the Beyonce Ivy Park Collection. They sold out online but saw they would have them in the store. Arrived 10 min after opening to be told that without an appointment I couldn't go shop? What?! Ok fine, how do I do the appointment? Well via the app and the next appointment is available in 2 days when I wouldn't be in town. I made the appointment for a friend to go get me the sneakers and they gave her an extra hard time. They wouldn't even sell her more than 1 pair of the collection, even if they were different models. And for what? Two weeks later I walked into the store and the whole collection is just sitting there Their service is slow, their storage is not on the same floor so they send boxes via an elevator so every time you need a size it takes a couple of minutes or more to get them. Let's just say if you are in a hurry at lunch, this is not the store to sneak out to. read more

I had a horrible experience at this store and was hesitant to speak on it but it's left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I went to the store to check out some ivy park items. As I was browsing I picked up one of the purse belts and held it up to get a good view of it. Immediately I heard one of the associates say $99. I ignored what I heard because I figured she was talking to someone else. As I kept browsing it was said again but this time the associate came right up to me and said " that purse is $99" With the social climate that we are in right now, its really best as an associate to not tell someone the price unless they inquire. I myself work in retail for 6 years so I couldn't help but feel that she was providing this information because she thought I couldn't afford it. My first time Ivy Park in store experience couldn't have been more smooth and great! I arrived a few minutes ahead of my appointment and there wasn't a line or a wait so I was able to hop right in and the check was super easy as it just requires a QR code that you receive when you register on the app. I'm team Beyhive all the way but I haven't had any luck with purchasing online. It's ridiculous how it sells out within one minute, but the shop in store is a game changer FOR SURE!! Although, the shorts I wanted were sold out (because they're hot af), I was able to find another pair in my size and I paired it up with a top and the baseball hat. I don't think I'll ever try to do an online release again. I'll make it a point to select an earlier appointment so I don't run into the problem of perhaps missing out on the sizes I want but this was toooo smooth of a process to pass up. Please note that you don't need an appointment to shop otherwise and this was only needed for a special release. FYI: Parking is always an issue on the beach so I suggest arriving earlier than your appointment if you have one. read more

We went in to this store looking for basic running shoes. This place gets great reviews on Yelp, however I'm not sure why. It's a small store, and was not busy. Nobody offered to assist us; we had to wait in line to ask the sales clerk where the running shoes were. She gave us a blank look and said they don't sell those kind of shoes. I really think she was clueless about any of the products in the store, because I had already found one pair marked running shoes. I can understand if she was new, however the manager was standing right next to her and should have corrected her. My review is based solely on the terrible service and the employees not knowing the product. They actually did us a favor though; we ended up going to Fit to Run around the corner where we received stellar customer service. read more

I went to go ask about a release for the yeezys and the manager Lina was extremely rude. I couldn't believe the way she spoke to me regarding the release. Using curse words and referring to me as "dude. " I am a loyal adidas consumer and I love the shoes. But no customer should be spoken to this way. Lina should not be allowed to work there as customer service should be a priority. Next time I will shop at the aventura location. I have a sporty fetish to look like an Olympic athlete when I'm working out. Yeah, I may be stretching, power-walking (or, most realistically, couch surfing) but I LOOK like a professional when I wear my ADIDAS don't I? That's more important, really. Clothes give you confidence. Adidas gives you that mental suspension of reality to make you think ludicurous things like, "Yeah, I'm so gonna run that mile" or "Dude, I can so totally take down that dude on the street, no sweat!" In my mind, its preferably done while wearing the old school track jacket and striped pants get-up. In red and white so people think I'm a member of the Asian olympic squadron ready to kick some medal ass. I'm not kidding either, I've actually been mistaken for an actual athlete while visiting San Francisco on the BART. The fact is that I wore my fav Adidas knock-off jacket while lugging around some Chinese swords (long story) and he ACTUALLY took me SERIOUSLY. But that's another story...can you imagine the possibilities if I had worn the real thing? Possibilities. Adidas Miami is an enabler. This could be good or bad thing. Oh, the Miami store has racks of the "hip" Adidas line with some special stuff you can't get in the more mall-oriented Adidas locations, so b-boys and b-girls should be on the lookout here for some very fly items. And, if you act nicely, they'll give you bumperstickers that say "I [adidas symbol] Miami" So cool. read more

My boyfriend buys track jackets like my Mom buys shoes--3 or 4 at a pop. So he was in heaven when we went to the Adidas store at South Beach, which has many special and limited editions the rest of the country doesn't get (or gets later, as they want to "drop early at WMC"). If you see a hand-holding couple wearing matching "Miami" track jackets, that's us. Feel free to point & laugh, it's like water off a ducks back. This use to be may favorite store in the world. It still may be. It's just last time I was here, the T-shirts weren't even better then the ones you could find at Champs. Very disappointing. The selection and rare gear is what makes me go outta of my way to drop in. Also, for being on South Beach, they sell a TON of jackets in May.
