They advertise same day banner printing but we ordered on Monday for Fridays conference just in case. We the saw on Thursday that it wasn't going to arrive until next week. I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering working with Miami Printing. I flew in from New York for a major launch event in Miami that I had spent over three months planning. Our production team coordinated with Rafael at Miami Printing several times the day before our scheduled setup. He even asked us to arrive earlier to give his team more time to prepare. Come the morning of the event, nothing. No show. No calls. No updates. We reached out by email and phone multiple times. It's now been two weeks and we still haven't received a single response. Out of desperation, I called from my partner's phone (suspecting they were ignoring mine), and someone finally picked up, promised to investigate and call back--and of course, never did. After a decade of planning events, I have never experienced anything this unprofessional. Zero accountability. Zero communication. Completely unacceptable. Short and sweet, I needed something quickly turned around and Rafael was quick to respond to my email with a quote that was very reasonable. It was a simple project but I will definitely turn to Miami Printing in the future to explore what he can do for other tasks. Pro tip: Located off of Flagler in Downtown Miami, if you are driving there just to pick up your order, parking is going to be a pain. Sometimes the simplest tasks can be, well just that, simple, or they're the biggest pain. Ordering business cards is such a task. I've used a SoBe firm (will remain nameless). However, poor customer service, inflexibility, with pricing for non-UV-coated printing, and a too-high order minimum, leave me cold. Enter Miami Printing. Their site is comprehensive and informative, making ordering online a breeze. A design in hand makes it easier. Their options are a nice mix catering to small, medium, or large orders. You can pick-up downtown Miami or get delivery by UPS. With 2 addresses, I placed my orders separately. The first order went seamlessly. The second encountered site problems. I ended up speaking with Rafael. He was not only accommodating; he apologized for any inconvenience. In my eyes, that's professionalism. To resolve, he asked that I send my order via email. He responded within 30 minutes with a proof, making suggestions about font size, which I relayed to the designer. Issue fixed, Rafael sent another proof. Approved, the order was completed. Order was placed Thursday and received Tuesday. Font size and coloring was a problem. I emailed Rafael. 3 minutes later, he promised to do a re-run if I sent an update. In the end, we chose a weightier font for background. Absolute professionalism. His wish: to make customers happy. Imagine that. I'm being sarcastic but to be clear, it's NOT intended toward MP. It's to other businesses that inexplicably miss Customer Service 101, a crying shame. MP's mindset is exceedingly rare - a plus for them, a big fat zero for others. Mistakes happen. This mistake - one specific to online ordering - is attributed to virtual vs. actual disparities. The point: how one handles mistakes. MP not only resolved it winningly, they did so with civility and grace. Impressed, I am. For that alone, MP WILL be my go-to choice for ALL of my printing needs and MP will be my go-to referral for anyone with printing needs. Well done, MP! read more

This place seems unresponsive. Here's what happened: - Went to their website and clicked the link to receive a quote; sent in all my details; the website said I'd receive a response within 1 business day. Waited for 2 days - no response. - Then, called them directly, early in the morning. Got someone on the phone and they seemed friendly and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. I needed to check a few details based on our conversation, so we hung up without yet placing an order. - Got the details I needed and called back about an hour later (11am-ish). No answer. Figured they were busy, so I left a message on their machine including the updated details and request for an updated quote. Was in a hurry to try and get the process moving, so proceeded to try and call them once an hour for the rest of the day to see if I could get someone on the line - no one ever picked up, and I never heard anything back re: my phone message. Giving them 2 stars simply because my first phone conversation with them was friendly. But not sure why they couldn't call or email back. UPDATE: Miami Printing contacted me with a friendly response: "Hello, sorry for this inconvenience, we were moving to a bigger office and that's why we have some delays responding back our phone system was down since yesterday noon. The internet connection and phone is down and I'm working from my home today answering as soon as I can." read more

I have been working on a new business project and I wanted everything to be very professional, and stand out easily. With that goal in mind I started out on google looking for someone to do my business cards. Everything Vista Print had seemed dated and drab. I wound up at Miami Printing and it was a breath of fresh air. I could get anything I wanted custom and made to order. There are a lot of options and choices as to how you want your finished product... They put a lot of thought into the value that they would be providing their customers with. I was truly so impressed with how the business cards turned out, that I also got my brochures done with Miami Printing as well. I feel that the price is just right, as the paper and ink they use are of a premium quality and the after order customer service was top flight. I bought 1,000 silk business cards from these guys last week. They came out GREAT! I was kind of nervous about what to expect from these guys, but it ended up well. Their prices where a bit lower than other competitors online as well, so overall I got a great deal. There were a few scratches on random cards here and there, but nothing too noticeable. I got the rounded cornes as well as spot UV printing on certain aspects of the cards. Will buy form them again! read more

I needed 500 flyers and a couple of banners made in 1 day, and Miami printing got it done and at a very reasonable price. Everywhere else I tried simply could not do it. I needed a poster the same day. I called about 10 places. Only 4 said they could do it the same day. This place had the best price by far one place even want $100 more than the price I got with this place. Poster was ready in a couple of hours. I went and picked it up and it was perfect, clean, fantastic color and on quality backing. Very pleased.
