Bar none the worst experience I have ever had with a printing company. We waited over 3 weeks for business cards to be produced. We had to call them multiple times in order to get the order completed with a firm delivery date. When the cards arrived, a third of them were not cut correctly and had uneven borders. They looked horrible and definitely not a good representation of our business. When we demanded our money back, they were reluctant to take any responsibility and grudgingly wanted to send us a check for a fraction of the cost of the cards which were overpriced when compared to other local printing companies. They understood that I have over a dozen printing projects that needed to get done but I was waiting on this basic business card job to be completed. Despite knowing this, they still showed extremely poor customer service and refused to give us a refund or a credit for the poor job they completed. I rarely write a bad review however I strongly discourage small businesses from investing in Elite Flyers for any of their marketing materials. read more

Donell & Konstantin were both super helpful and made every effort to ensure my order was properly printed and made to perfection! I submitted my order the night before Hurricane Irma hit Florida and they even picked up the phone and said my order would be processed while driving to a safe zone! (Totally didn't watch the news the days prior to the announcement) They helped me clarify how and what artwork needed to be uploaded, as well as how to load specific images to their site for embossing on the card. WORST experience I've ever had with a printing company!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They provided me custom business cards little less than a year ago. When I reached out to get my custom die so I could take it to a local printer since I live in California . According to them they don't have it or don't keep them. Funny because every printer I've spoken to said the die is mine and I paid for that. They said that they charge a die cut fee of $175 EACH TIME you order . When with pretty much every other companies it is a one time fee . Make sure you ask for your custom die right away!! They probably wouldn't even give it to you then. Don't bring your business here your money is better spent elsewh ...this is a perfect example of people being bitter because I wanted to take my business somewhere local which I have the absolute right to do!! Don't believe their response. You are entitled to the actual die once you paid for it. They shouldn't be charging you twice . Horrible business! Don't use these people. read more

I ordered some business cards from them in December of last year. Would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for my company's printing needs. Their staff responds promptly and is courteous. They checked the proof with me and had everything ready to send to their printer within a day of me placing the order. I received my order a week after the order was placed, well in time for the event I needed the cards for. The quality was pretty good too (a few cards on each end of the box the cards were packed in got scratched and dented so they are unusable but only a few and it's from the packaging so it's no big deal). All in all, a good experience and I will definitely take my business to them again! read more

I received my order of business cards from Elite Flyers and I noticed a printing mistake. I gave them a call and they asked me to send them some pictures so they could see what was wrong. After taking a look they apologized and owned up to it right away. They reprinted my entire order and sent my new business cards out to me ASAP. They addressed this issue fast and professionally, treating me like a high-end account even though this was just a small order for a small home business. As I spoke with Terrell, I could tell he was genuinely apologetic. If anything, he sounded disappointed and hard on himself about the situation happening. I print frequently and use a local business, which I do to support the economy. However, their hours and options are limiting. I was in a bind and looking for a fast, inexpensive option I could count on. I found Elite online and they more than lived up to excellent reviews! They have gone above and beyond numerous times with customer service!! They saw my notes on the sensitive time frame, called me personally to verify things. When I couldn't get back to them right away and they went ahead and printed so I wouldn't miss the express mail deadlines! Their willingness to do this ensured I had the materials I needed, in less than a 48 hour turn around! That's from a middle of the night submission to product in hand! They also followed up personally (that never happens!) in email and hand written note in my shipment. I sent a personal thank you for the excellent service, high quality product and overall experience. Unbeknownst to me there was missing information on the card, and again they went above and beyond and reprinted for me!
