Dr. Ali Yazback was my dentist when he was in Wilton Manors, and I was sorry to see him leave the area. It's not easy finding an excellent dentist, and I finally found one. But he left for Utah and I didn't know if I'd ever see him again. And then, he came back. Sort of. He came to Miami. I'm in Fort Lauderdale, but it's worth the drive to see him again. He is not only an excellent dentist, he truly does care about his patients. When you meet with him, you immediately know he'll do what he can for your teeth. One of the biggest issues in any dental office is the office staff, who are often irritable and nasty, mostly because often it's the dentist's wife and she doesn't want to be there. My experience and quality of care provided by Dr. Yazback and staff at Miami Smile Dental was exceptional. They are honest, knowledgeable, skilled and professionals. I lapsed in my oral care for almost 2 years. I went in with numerous 6mm pockets and inflammation in my gums. 2 weeks after my first treatment my problem prompts gums healed and regained 3mm of healthy gums back. During my initial visit, Melanie the hygienists, provided explanation of treatment and expectations. After the first treatment I did not experience soreness or bleeding, I was able to continue with my life, no hiccups in my daily routine. After my second visit and treatment and can't wait to get my gums and teeth healthier. I want to start off by saying that I'm afraid of the dentist. The first time I walked into this office the energy and staff put me at ease, and that was 5 years ago now. They are professional and perspicacious, which is exactly what you need to feel at ease that you will be taken care of by educated and compassionate people. I moved from Miami to Fort Lauderdale in March 2017 and Serge is still my dentist. :) Serge is amazing, he's honest and forward during his consults and won't make you go through procedures that aren't necessary. Terry, you rock as well! My hygienist Ximena has hands from heaven, I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned now! It just so happens that my really really bad toothache that gave me headaches. So i went in for a cleaning and some x-rays and lo and behold was a very bad cavity eating at my tooth and i needed a root canal! (It was that bad) In all the dentist i have been to, I must say, they have been the best of the best from beginning to end. Dr. Serge Papiernik and Terry Papiernik, are the most wonderful people you can meet. They are very knowledgeable and really want the best for your health. They have a state of the art office, instruments and materials for your teeth. He is your doctor but makes you feel like a person and cares about your pain, not just some teeth to work on. They made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and eased my nervousness because i was freaking out once i found out. I have heard horror stories about root canals from friends and family and thinking well it's never going to happen to me. It did. And i'm am very grateful that i had Dr. Serge Papiernik as my doctor. Ok let me start by saying I always hated going to the dentist until I first went to see Dr Papiernik. His office is super far from where I live but it is worth the drive! I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist thanks to him! He and his assistant are the gentlest dentist duo I have ever met. I am going there at least 3 times a year and every time I am amazed at how great and responsive his staff is. They are on time, gentle and very friendly. His hygienist tech is as friendly and gentle btw. His new office is state of the art, with massage chair ( yes really!) , modern furniture. Dr. Papiernick loves to stay on top of the game and has all the newest technology from 3D scan (the best crown I ever had done!) to new mineral bottle rinse system. I had a root canal done and crown placed with Dr. Papiernik in 2015 and we loved him and his office. When I had the crown put in he explained the crown would last anywhere from 7 to 10 years. I now live in North Carolina and a few months ago I was eating pretzels and the crown cracked in half. I contacted his office and Nicole notified me he was on vacation in France and to call back in a week. I sent pictures and x rays from my local dentist and over a week went by when I finally heard from them saying that Dr. Papierniks message was "there is no warranty on the crown". I was shocked and explained I would be willing to travel to have all the work done but I just got a "no sorry!". Well fast forward a few months it's been really difficult. Most dental insurances including mine don't cover a crown more than once every five years (because really that's how long they are supposed to last minimum). So because I've had to shop around (because I'm paying out of pocket and very expensive) I've seen several dentists and every one of them has looked at me like I'm crazy when I tell them the dentist who did my crown only three years ago won't replace it! Moral of the story: go to someone who stands behind their work! Sorry Dr. Papiernik! read more

As a new patient, I was a bit nervous about seeing a new dentist (my former dentist retired.) I walked through the door all of my anxiety was relieved as the friendly staff greeted me.
