When I arrived, they had everything set up for the procedure, took great care of the cut on my leg - so I was in and out within 30 minutes. They also gave me a prescription and directions on how to take care of the wound afterwards. Great staff, clean environment, accepts wide variety of insurance. Definitely recommend!

I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job. When my mother mentioned no other specialist had ever asked for this, the staff member snapped, "How do you expect the doctor to know what's wrong?" We showed up for that appointment only to find she wasn't in the system at all. Staff repeatedly told us, "He is not here. He is on vacation. He will be back in 3 weeks." Because they kept saying "he," and her primary care doctor specifically referred her to Dr. Christian Gonzalez, we were led to believe she would be seeing him today. Today, June 30, my mother went inside first while I parked. When I walked in, I asked the receptionist on the right to join my mother. This receptionist was polite, asked my mother's name, and asked the staff behind her what room my mom was in. No one replied. She told me to sit and wait. Absolutely no one made any effort to follow up, knock on a door, or try to take me to my mother. I only got in because my mother eventually opened the waiting room door herself to look for me so I could speak to the doctor. When I asked why I was left waiting, staff made an excuse about doors being locked and not being allowed to ask. Once inside, I realized the doctor was female. I asked my mother if she spoke Spanish, and my mother said no. This office failed us in three major ways today: They switched my mother from her referred doctor (Dr. Gonzalez) to a non-Spanish speaking female doctor with zero advance notice. The staff member tasked with interpreting for my mother was in a terrible mood and gave her an attitude. The front desk made no effort whatsoever to bring me to my mother when I arrived. When I asked to speak to the office manager, they acted like they didn't hear me. A rude receptionist sitting on the left side of the desk abruptly asked if we needed to make an appointment and motioned for us to step right in front of her, clearly just wanting us out of the front desk area. My mom pointed to the girl who was writing something out for us. The rude receptionist asked that girl if she was helping us, and the girl confirmed she was writing up a test that needed to be done. That left-side receptionist was beyond rude. I asked again if there was an office manager or supervisor available, and was told "no" by the girl who was doing the writing. I insisted there has to be a medical supervisor or someone in charge, and again, she said no. I asked about a woman I saw dressed in office wear, but that lady stated she was the medical researcher. By the time we went to the front to get the next appointment date, the rude receptionist had suddenly changed her tune. Once outside the doctor's office, my mom reiterated how poorly they behaved and how she wished I had been there to talk to the doctor. That is when she told me about the attitude of the staff member who was writing the prescription and translating. My mother had to tell her, "If you're in a bad mood, I'll just wait for my daughter to come here to translate," which finally got her to drop the attitude. On their website, they claim "SWCA is built on a culture of empathy," and list their Core Values as: Be a good human Be professional Do the right thing Work together No excuses, get it done It looks like their staff needs to have this plastered on the walls throughout their office, because they did none of this. I have already filed a formal grievance with our insurance company.

I had a bad feeling about this place from the second I walked in. The baron walls, fast food menu on the wall of prices for services, and sub-zero temperatures did not give me a feeling of comfort, a much-needed feeling as I was in a high amount of discomfort. After taking getting my X-rays taken I took a photo of my X-rays on the computer with my phone. At this point, the doctor came running over saying "that's a big no-no, big no-no" as he was chastizing the X-ray tech in front of me for taking a picture of my x-rays. This gave me a very uncomfortable feeling seeing the way that he was treating his staff in front of me. Especially since there should not be a single issue with me taking a picture of my X-rays on my phone. After my examination, I ensured that they gave me a copy of these X-rays on a CD and there was no issue there. I came in with immense pain in my foot and hand. The doctor poked around on my foot until he located the pain. He then left the room for no more than 15 seconds, not even enough time to have walked to the room where he would look at the X-rays. He came back and told me that I did not have any fractures in my finger or foot. The Issue here is that I sent my X-rays over to a radiologist and within 15 seconds he noticed a very clear and obvious fracture in both my foot and finger.

I had to call many times to get someone to answer to schedule my appointment. It made me…read moreapprehensive about going. However, the office was clean and the front desk helped me right away. It took about 30 minutes to fill out all of their forms. After that I waited about fifteen minutes to be called back. The staff from the x-ray tech to the nurse were absolutely delightful! I felt very welcomed. Dr. Bridges has a fantastic bedside manner and really listened to me. He took his time examining my MRI. I felt confident in what he explained to me. He ended up draining my knee and he was very gentle and explained everything he was doing and asked if I was doing ok throughout the procedure. The whole experience was as pleasant as it could be. Needless to say, I liked him so much that I am going back for my shoulder issues next week. I highly recommend Dr. Bridges and his practice!

The nurse was very friendly and warm as wellZ I'm not sure what her name was but she did have a tattoo on her arm. Dr. Mark was very warm as well and helped me understand what was going on with my back even though it wasn't anything serious he didn't just shove me away with some medication. I had a very bad accident at work a little over two years ago...went thru emergency at Aventura…read moreGeneral Hospital...my tibia was fractured and crushed, fractured wrist, bruised rib and ankle...that was when Dr. Eric Schiffman came in to check in and diagnose me...from then on I knew I was in the best hands...surgery the following day went well and Dr. Schiffman came later that night and kneeled by my bed and held my hands and spoke with him to make sure all was okay...he did the same the following morning and everyday for the six days I was their...after going home and having follow-ups at his office...my review is below: Dr. Schiffman's office is run extremely professional with the highest level of compassion and courtesy I've experienced in years...you get in and out fast with all the information you need until the next appointment. The staff is warm and caring and tend to your personal needs quickly and efficiently....I would highly recommend Dr. Schiffman as an orthopedic surgeon...he does great work with the best bedside manner...

My insurance covered a portion of the cost and left me with the additional bill. It was not a lot of money but non-the-less they should have advised me of that before hand. I would have opted NOT to get the injection. It did not make any changes whatsoever in my situation and it was obvious I did not need it. Really feels like a money grab. Very disappointing.
