I visited the office about 6 months ago. I was interested in making minor eye lid adjustment and the doctor was a great salesman in making me feel comfortable and signing up for additional services which I don't really need. In order to schedule a firm date for the procedure I was asked to pay 100% upfront which I did. Once I got home my wife told me that I overpaid - I guess everyone negotiates but I was unaware of this. Oh well. I liked the doctor and he did have 5 stars . My schedule is extremely busy however and I was told that if I need to as long as I provide a reasonable notice I can change my procedure date. As it happened I did have to do just that twice. The second time however things went down hill rather quickly. Even though I apologized and gave reasonable notice I was treated extremely poorly as if they were doing me a favor by providing the procedure I paid for. After I had enough of their condescending language I told them I am done with the drama and they can either rebook me or refund my monies since absolutely no work has been done. Instead I was told that they will refund my money minus penalties and various fees. This in my opinion is a behavior of fraudsters and rogues not medical professionals. Therefore I plan on seeing you in court. I assume I am not the only one that has been mistreated by these rascals. Therefore I welcome others to reach out and join my cause. When I got there, the clinic was still closed, and I had to wait outside for 20-30 minutes. My postoperative care has been especially disappointing. Since my surgery, I have only had one postoperative examination, and it was performed by a nurse. Every other follow-up appointment has been delayed, canceled, or rescheduled. On multiple occasions, I waited for hours only to be told that the doctor had left for the day and that I would need to come back another time. After one of these incidents, the clinic manager personally apologized and assured me that this would never happen again. She also promised to send me silicone scar sheets and scar gel as compensation for the repeated inconvenience. It has now been two months, and I have never received anything that was promised. Luego nos dijeron que el J-Plasma no estaba incluido y eran $1,000 más. Después informaron que el BBL no incluía el ultrasonido de grasa y que eso también costaba $1,000 adicionales. Tampoco incluyen la faja (la venden por $145 y es de mala calidad; compré una de mejor calidad por $75). El sostén postquirúrgico tampoco está incluido y cuesta $70 más, también de mala calidad. Una vez que pagas y te operan, el trato cambia completamente. El personal se vuelve prepotente y no explican bien las cosas. En el primer masaje postoperatorio, que cuesta $100, la sesión fue de solo media hora. Durante ese masaje a mi esposa se le bajó la presión y nunca me avisaron ni me dieron una explicación clara de lo que ocurrió. Eso es muy preocupante.
