To date, I have not seen Dr Ghersi who performed my rhinoplasty once at any follow-up visit -- only assistants. The day before this appointment, the office called to confirm my appointment. During that confirmation call, I specifically asked if I would see Dr. Ghersi and was told I would receive a call back to confirm. That call never happened. I drove one hour to the office. Once I arrived, I was told that Dr Ghersi was running over an hour behind, with no guarantee that I would see him. Had this been communicated in advance, I would not have made the hour drive and just rescheduled the appt because I have been wanting him to see my nose this entire time and confirm everything is okay. At six weeks post-op, this is no longer a routine early follow-up. This is a critical point in healing where the surgeon's direct evaluation matters, particularly for breathing, swelling, and structural assessment. It was disappointing and unsettling to still not have the surgeon personally examine me at this stage. Unfortunately, this was part of a broader pattern. At my pre-operative appointment, the office was also running significantly behind. On the day of surgery, my procedure started hours late, and I nearly cancelled after waiting for an extended period without clear communication. What made this experience especially frustrating is that I have not received direct reassurance, guidance, or evaluation from the surgeon, leaving me uncertain about whether my healing, swelling, and breathing are progressing normally. I feel as though I've had to rely on outside resources to understand my recovery, rather than being guided by the surgeon who performed the procedure. As a result, I do not feel properly cared for during this recovery process. I genuinely believe if I was documenting on social media, Dr Ghersi would've demonstrated "care" to my experience. Again, I have had 3 postop appointments, and Dr Ghersi has not been at any of them. If quality post op care, respect for your time matter to you, I do not recommend Dr Ghersi whatsoever. In fact, I highly recommend Josh Lampert, who is the exact opposite. Always on time, doesn't rush you, answers your questions, actually sees you after he does your surgery. I understand that delays can happen in surgical practices. However, the consistent lack of communication, follow-through, and surgeon involvement throughout my care has been disappointing and has significantly affected my experience. I don't know if everything is OK with my nose or not. I don't know what I'm cleared to do, I have questions that are left unanswered that I have been waiting six weeks to ask, and I honestly feel taken advantage of and uncared for by Dr. Ghersi.

I chose this clinic after doing research on Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, and decided to move forward with Dr. Karlinsky. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Both my friend and I had surgery here on different days, and both of us waited over two hours just to be called during pre-op. The receptionists were very rude and spoke very little English. When I asked when I would be seen, they would roll their eyes instead of providing an update. Because they kept giving me inaccurate wait times, I had to cancel my Uber twice. My surgery was scheduled for 6:00 AM. I arrived right at 6:00, and the door was unlocked but the entire clinic was dark and completely empty. When I walked inside, the burglary alarm started going off. I immediately walked back outside and waited in case law enforcement showed up. Staff didn't start arriving until around 6:30 AM, which was very concerning. During pre-op they took photos, and they also took photos the day after my surgery. The issue is that my results look exactly the same as before the procedure, which is not what I was told to expect. I was told that about 40% reduction would occur, but instead it appears like no visible change at all. It has now been three weeks since my surgery, and I reached out to the doctor regarding the photo comparisons. I was told that many people require multiple sessions to achieve their goals. However, the concern is that there is no noticeable difference between my pre-op photos, the day-after photos, and my current results three weeks later. After this experience, I did deeper research and found that others online have reported similar concerns, and there are several negative reviews describing comparable experiences. Because of how concerning this experience has been, I will also be documenting and sharing my experience on my blog, as well as on Reddit and Facebook, so others can be aware and make informed decisions before choosing this clinic. I paid $12,000 for pectoral implants, and from the beginning, things were off. Two different sized implants were placed, leaving my chest visibly uneven. That alone should've never happened at this level. Before doing anything else, I specifically called and asked if it was safe to get BodyTite after my procedure. I didn't guess--I asked. I was told yes, so I moved forward trusting their guidance. That decision ended up costing me everything. The BodyTite procedure caused a rupture in the implant, and when I went back to them to fix it, instead of taking accountability, they tried to charge me AGAIN. Mind you, this was already after a botched, uneven result. In their own emails, they later tried to backtrack and say they don't recommend procedures involving needles near implants--but that's exactly why I called beforehand. If there was any risk, they should have said NO. That's literally their job. Because of their lack of proper guidance and accountability, I had to go elsewhere and spend an additional $35,000 to fix what they caused. Also--let's talk about the money side. They were quick to take my $12K, but wouldn't even honor a $2,000 promotion they were actively advertising, just because I had already booked. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. This place is money-driven, not patient-driven. If you have questions or are unsure about anything, understand this: you are NOT going to get the level of guidance you should expect from a surgical office. And when things go wrong, they will distance themselves from responsibility. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
