I was about to order off the menu when the barmaid said they had 2 specials that day. I ordered the special of fetticini Alfredo with chicken. It was not very good -- some of the feticini wasn't fully cooked, the Alfredo sauce was a blob on one side of the plate, it was over garliced, and the chicken was in small cubes. Seemed like the special was intended to get rid of leftovers. To add insult to injury, the "special" cost more than virtualy anything else on the regular menu. Getting our burgers took 30 minutes. I've been here before and have enjoyed the casual atmosphere and outdoor seating but I recommend skipping this restaurant during burger week. Nothing about the burger tasted good to me. The onion straws were sweet and greasy, the overall effect was an oily belly bomb. They offered to bring me something else but we have to get back to work. I don't have 30-45 minutes more to wait for another entree.
