Honestly if I could give this spot no stars I would. I called about 3 weeks ago to schedule my girlfriend an appointment to put on some new lashes. She had to wait 45 minutes for the lady (who was rude as well) to get started. The inside of the mobile studio was filthy and the lash tech seemed like she couldn't find the tools she needed, making my girlfriend wait another 10 minutes for her to get started. I can't believe anyone would be this disorganized with not only their workspace, but their timing and customer service. After she finished applying the lashes, she told my girlfriend to "pay and leave" because she was in a rush. We will definitely not be coming back and do not recommend anyone to to waste their time with a lazy job and bad attitude. read more

I scheduled an apt for my fiancé to get her lashes done for a Valentine's Day gift. My fiancé said it was very dirty when she was there and the lady was rude when approached and asked to clean before she got her lashes done. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to spend a dollar with this mobile company. We are very disappointed. Mobile companies should be held to the same standard as Brick and mortars. Booked an appointment with Mia over two weeks in advanced and showed up for my appointment on 8/3/2020 and nobody was there. I called and was told they couldn't see me because they forgot and went out of town. I was then contacted after the call and rescheduled for two days later on 8/5/2020 at 11:00 am. Again, no one was there, I was double-booked with another client for the same time, and eventually left. No call received to let me know anyone was running late. Nothing. I later called back on the same day a couple hours later and Mia mentioned we were scheduled at 9am, when the appointment we made was for 11:00am. Where do I start. There truly is so many wonderful things to say about Mia, her work ethic & her teaching skills. After I obtained my cosmo lisc. I found that I love the face & body aspect of it & have been increasing my knowledge in that area. After visiting the face & body show & watching the eyelash extension demos I decided I wanted to try this. I viewed many different class certification courses but decided on Minky's. I am so happy that I did. The course is taught by a "LOCAL" Master Lash Artist that I can not stress enough about how important this is. Here are my top 5 reasons for stressing this. 1) If I have a question all I have to do is text Mia & yes even late @ night. 2) Mia invites you to come in anytime & watch her work to further enhance your knowledge & skill 3) Mentoring. Mia genuinely cares about your success & will be there cheering you on 4) Patience & kindness 5) knowledge & skill, which Mia has in abundance Many of the other courses I found did not offer a local artist, it was at a hotel that an instructor came in to do & left, so if I have questions I suppose I would have to email the company & wait for a response (who has time for that!) She is nice and takes good care of her clients and also provides temple massages. Naomi is very caring to her clients and caters to there needs throughout the session aside from the massage she provides pillows for your head and legs, water, and music of your choice. Judy is amazing and is my go to person for lash extensions! I don't wear lash extensions on a daily basis and usually only on special occasions. I had lash extension done before from other salons and I was never 100% satisfy with the results due to the lashes looking too too "glam" for everyday wear and it just was not comfortable. I love getting my lashes done, but I never go to the same place twice because I always seem to get bad/sub-par lash extensions...Until I met Judy. TOTAL GAME CHANGER! She is now my official go-to girl for lashes. She does not cut corners and the proof is in your lashes. She glues each lash individually. There is no clumping, and almost no traces of glue. My extensions grew out beautifully and naturally. After every session she gives you 2 complementary eyelash brushes and a little bottle of baby shampoo along with aftercare/maintenance instructions (Other places usually change you upwards of $12.00 for cleaner and $7.00 for a retractable eyelash brush). Her space is clean, professional, and very relaxing.
