Since LuJia does not do dyes or other chemical treatment, there was no burned hair or chemical smell, which I usually dread going in. I asked for my very thick hair to be shortened and thinned to a low-maintenance haircut. LuJia suggested a v-shape cut, which was great for me because despite cutting it short, there is enough length to still tie it up. She also did a great job of thinning it, and my head feels a lot lighter! LuJia is very nice, and accommodating when I wanted to change my originally scheduled appointment.
