But not only did this beautiful, kind and accommodating gem of a human email me back freakishly fast, she also took a phone call with me the same day to talk about my vision. I felt like I was talking to an old friend within minutes of being on the phone with her. It reinforced everything I was drawn to in Chris's photos: they have a natural, organic and uniquely-you element. I think it's what everyone wants in photos of themselves and their family, and I believe those can *only* be captured by a person who is as warm and welcoming as Chris, because she brings out that side of you. Not only were our wedding photos amazing, but our wedding album is truly a work of art. Sara's an amazing photographer, and she's subsequently shot some maternity photos, and photos of our newborn daughter. Every picture she's taken has become an instant family heirloom. Nothing wedding-related is ever cheap, and Sara's no exception, but the way we looked at it, it doesn't matter how much you spend, if you don't hire a photographer to capture those memories.
