Since I couldn't call her I had to rely on email and I wouldn't hear back for 1-2 weeks (if at all). She still has not responded to my emails or called me since our final court date over a month ago. She wouldn't give me notice of my next court date. She would call me from restricted the morning of court and ask if I'm appearing. She filed all of initial documents the day of our first court date which caused the judge & opposing attorney to raise concern. I was told a long time ago she was the go to person in town for family court so I hired her. After paying her and then talking to other people in town, it appeared that had changed. She's trash. Even at Toms burger, her family's restaurant, someone said "she's definitely not who she used to be." I wouldn't normally write a negative review on a persons business but my case was a very serious one and she didn't give a f*%# about anything. DO NOT HIRE CRISTINA.

When you ask questions or offer suggestions to help your case you are made to feel like you don't know anything. This was the worst money ever spent. Also, he's not a trial attorney so if your case does need to go to trial you will need to get yourself another lawyer. What a waste! Don't expect to hear back about your case until it's time to go to court. Don't send your loved ones here. You're better off with a public defender. Unfortunately it seems like he's overwhelmed with cases. So he can't focus on each case as he should.

Timelines have worked out along with the rebuilding of credit scores. Christian handled a BK for my "now" wife a few years back. We have worked hard at fixing what someones ugly divorce can deal them. I have heard where sometimes things can be left out by mistake and can come back to haunt you later.
