I've used Angel's cleaning service in the past, and although she usually does a good job cleaning she is unreliable. You never know whether you're going to have the sparkling house, an average job, or a complete no show. I stopped using her service after she no showed several times, then she completely ghosted me. Recently she contacted me and said she was trying to rebuild her business and asked for another chance. I thought I'd give her one, so we scheduled a cleaning and surprise... she never showed up, called, or apologized. I'd use Angel's service if she could pull it together, provide consistent results, and show up for her appointments. Unfortunately I'm not sure if that is possible. read more

ANGEL- THE ONE HIT WONDER! Holding true to all her previous reviews (all 1's & 5's...see the pattern?). Angel did a great job, ONCE. I called on short notice, she arrived, I had moved all items off the floor and into another room, and she cleaned our tile floors in about an hour. I gave her a 50% tip, because I thought she deserved it (apparently that message was deluded by.... Whatever else motivates her). A few days later I asked if she was available, four days in advance. She replied "Yes. Of course what time are you thinking?". So we set it up. Then, as holding true to her 1 star reviews, the day of, She texted me 20 minutes after the arrival time, to see if we could reschedule for the next day. I replied letting her know that the next day would not work (we had plans... On our schedule). I texted awhile later, "are you coming?". No reply.... Yes, I was bugged. She screwed up our day and blew us off...like a nuisance. But most, I was trying establish a new weekly relief for my wife, (works and commutes about 60 hrs a week,,, I'll just say, fighting covid-19 most recently) but she just started mopping the floors, which she's done every week for the last 6+ years (3 dogs 2 cats). She just does things herself because it's done right, and you don't have deal with flakes like Angel. So, many adjectives come to mind: selfish, unprofessional, spoiled, entitled, stuck-up, dumb... They all fit this "cleaning girl" who blew off $60/hr for, again, whatever else motivates her... If you like to gamble with your schedule and time at 50% odds... This is Your Girl! read more

This rating is for customer service. She has not cleaned my house so I cannot rate her on it. Don't be fooled by the 24/7 advertisement. To be honest, I was excited to meet her in person because she has such a bubbly personality that it exuded through the phone. I made an appointment 3 weeks before the wedding. The wedding was going to be held on Labor Day weekend and the House has to be spotless. I even had the carpets cleaned by a local person and he did a great job. Many of my friends and relatives were going to stay there and bbq all weekend. I gave her all this information and she said no problem and she usually works by herself and she is quick. I was suckered into her charismatic charm immediately. Booked her and waited for the day to arrive. Needless to say, I had to drive about 4 hours to meet up with her because my parents work all weekend. I gave her a courtesy call and text message the day before and it was a considerate time @4:30 pm. She never called or text back so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called 1-2 hours before the scheduled appointment. No answer! One hour after the scheduled appointment she called to tell me she was at a wedding and didn't even have my appointment on her calendar. That's a lie because I was standing right there when she put it in her phone calendar. Anyways the first thing she should have done was apologize and asked how she could fix it. Instead she gave me attitude because I called her responsible, which is true from what has been happening. If you have a small business then your phone should be with you 24/7. That's how you promote your business and thrive. So I did not understand why she didn't get my text nor my voicemail the afternoon before. This was not a good experience. It stressed the heck out of me and I had to scrambled to find another cleaning service. read more

Angel returned my call quickly for a free quote and scheduled a visit the same day. She is very charming and eager to help. Angel scheduled her first visit immediately. We came home from work and our place was impecable and smelling so clean and fresh. She did an awesome job and we are lucky to have found her. Met with Angel scheduled a date construction wasn't quite complete called to reschedule. I gave them a few days notice. We rescheduled for the following week at 2:30. At 3 I called to see where they were said running late. They showed up after 5:30. She said we will come finish tomorrow. Well they never showed did not answer text or phone call. Called Angel and made an appointment. She text back running behind, "Can we move it to Sunday"? Checked in with my fiancé as she was working in surgery. Text back Sunday morning would be fine. Confirmed with Angel by text. Agreed on time for Sunday morning meeting. Text her 5 minutes before scheduled meeting. No show and no text or phone call back. Waste of our time. read more

Angel is extremely professional and experienced. She was able to go above and beyond for us when we needed her services last minute. She is great at communicating and easy to reash, asks all the right questions to make sure the client gets what they need and allows for multiple forms of payment (cash, electronic, etc). I'm so glad I found Angel. I needed my home cleaned in a pinch so I found her on yelp and she responded to my message almost immediately. She came to my house and left it soooo nice. She is thorough and efficient! She did dishes, mopped, cleaned all surfaces paid attention to detail! Just made a huge difference. She's friendly and professional and I was completely comfortable with her. So accommodating. She was also great with my 110 pound dog that wouldn't leave her alone. If no star was an option, I would have given Angel zero. She came to my house, gave me an estimate, and we set up a date for her to come back and do the cleaning job. She told me she would text me the day before to let me know what time she would be by. By 6pm on the day before she was supposed to come clean, I still hadn't heard from her. I texted her and she said had me down for the following week. I told her she was mistaken and asked if she could come the next day. She said she would. Then, she never showed up. Never called, texted, nothing. I tried to get back in touch with her, but she did not respond. I waited over a week and a half for her to come clean my house, then she just did not show up.
