Unfortunately, my puppy got a hold of my glasses and put some bad scratches in them. I couldn't afford new glasses again, so I went in and asked them if they could buff out the scratches for me. They felt bad for me, but, because they were bifocals they couldn't buff because it would change the prescription. They were really, really nice about it. So I left deciding I would just live with it. About a week later, they called to tell me that my new lenses were in. WHAT????????? They totally changed out my lenses at no charge to me. I really mean, absolutely NO CHARGE. I was totally shocked because nobody does that anymore. All I can say is I will be one loyal client out of me!!!

Always be nice and treat people kind because you don't know what people are going through, nobody wants to call a place and they always have to get a rude person on the phone or a rude answer.
