I started with Dr Biamonte about 8 months ago, after getting to the point where continuing to live was fast becoming an option. I came to Dr. Biamonte's website after seeking help from 7 different physicians for something they just could not figure out. I figured it was Candida, but could not get it confirmed. I have known Michael Biamonte for 10 years. I started consulting him after having some ongoing health issues that unfortunately didn't resolve after seeing my primary care physician and gastroenterologist multiple times. My case was not extremely bad, but my symptoms were worsening and I was starting to fear that I would never find relief. I was ready to try anything. His strategy was very science-based; he answered all of my questions and gave me references to read. I completed a 3 step supplement program that he designed for me, which took about 6 months. I was very impressed by the improvement that I made. The first few weeks were difficult. I was taking a ton of capsules and had to follow the "anti-candida diet," which is in no way easy. Michael Biamonte has helped me tremendously with my health over the years. I can't believe some of these comments here. Yes, sometimes consults were relatively brief, 15-20 mins, that's longer than many other doctors I have seen over the years, and if I had questions we would often go 30-40 mins. I found him to be attentive, and when I brought up issues with cost, he worked to help me space out appointments and dial back supplements to make it more affordable. He was available via email, and I was able to call to office and speak with his admin staff for recommendations as well, both no cost. I did not have terrible candida, but a mild case that cleared quickly ( About 4-5 months) it did take being diligent on the diet, and conscious with supplements. I noticed an increase in energy, clearer skin, and much improved digestion after the program. Where he helped me tremendously, was in the area of sleep. I had suffered with insomnia for years, which also lead to hormone imbalances. Where other doctors were recommending heavy drugs with massive side effects, we worked together to find the real source. Twice when I have felt a relapse starting. I checked in, and got on a new program. Within a few weeks I have 0 anxiety, and sleep like a baby. I used Biamonte Center several years ago after I had been diagnosed with IBS and physicians had put me on antibiotics for over two years to treat the chronic bowel issues. I had all the symptoms of candida overgrowth and started his protocol. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, as I was taking up to 50 pills a day, all of which he sold to me. I also paid for testing, to see my baseline and progress. Initially, I had some pretty significant issues with die off, which made me feel horrible. Michael Biamonte responded with ways I could increase elimination of die off which helped immensely. It took a few months of strict diet and supplements, but it worked. My tests showed my candida was gone! Next was the probiotic protocol, which I failed completely. All that hard work, and I quit too soon. I can see how others may give up on the process, as it is not an easy one. Or you might start feeling better, like I did and think you are OK. Yeast/fungal overgrowth does not happen overnight, and sometimes it just takes time. Also, if you don't complete the protocol, it doesn't work. I personally experienced Michael as very ethical. When I wanted to restart program, to complete the probiotic portion of protocol, which also meant starting over somewhat, he asked a lot of questions about my commitment level, and only wanted to work with me if I were committed to the process. He really wanted to help, and that came across. He could have just sold me the stuff again, but took the time to ask the right questions. FYI, I live in Texas and did all this work with him over the phone. I would definitely recommend him, but also say that it could take months to get yourself healthy again. I have an interesting experience with Michael Biamonte. I was losing hope, after seeing so many medical doctors and other nutritionists that had no clue about the intricacies of candida. After seeing Michael's videos, I had to meet him. He was answering questions that so many weren't able to answer, and I couldn't believe his level of knowledge, even about the dysbiosis condition and how it differs from candida. Very important, by the way. I took a rheumatoid arthritis medication and started developing systemic fungus. I was put on Nystatin and after only my first visit with Michael, knew why, along with thousands of others, it makes candida worse in the long run, which is of course the MO of most medics - keep em coming back. Michael takes a thorough pre-visit questionnaire of your diet, your sleep patterns, your medical history, everything. I walked in very nervous, and not wanting to get my hopes up, since I've spent years suffering and making my rounds of doctors and 'nutritionists' (as a matter of fact, I almost chickened out from seeing him, and sent him an email telling him how I've failed with this condition in the past, and he made me feel relaxed and said "I can help." When I met him, his opening line was, with a smile "Gotcha." He knew his plan would work for me. OK. After starting the diet for only 8 days, I am already getting hours in the day when I feel like my old self, without that fuzzy, confused, exhausted black cloud over me. OK. But saving the best for last - Michael will actually answer email questions that may come up. Yes, folks, he communicates. I have been treated by Dr. Biamonte for about 10 years for multiple, disabling health problems that others weren't able to help me with. I struggled to follow my dietary guidelines closely, and suffered from lots of stress in my life. Avoiding harmful foods and dealing well with stress are important for healing. Nevertheless, I have seen marked improvement in my symptoms and urine test results. My diarrhea, asthma, fatigue, dizziness, eczema, sore throats, headaches, indigestion, flatulence, psoriasis, insomnia, and puffy, irritated eyes have markedly improved. I still have a ways to go, which is to be expected, since I have battled health problems for all of my 63 years. First impressions are really important when running a business. The first time I called Dr. Michael Biamonte's health center the receptionist told me she was busy and that someone might be able to call me back but she wasn't sure so to be safe I should call back another time. Those exact words, no joke. The second time I called The Biamonte Center, I needed an explanation of the fee structure. The same receptionist tried to answer my questions in between her conversation with a coworker and placed me on hold several times. The call ended with me leaving a message for the office manager who was "too busy to talk with me." Those exact words as well. The visit was $250 and his "supplements" which he tried to get me to buy would have been another $400 to $600 dollars. There was no nutritional diet plan,st some little Asian woman who looked anorexic trying to sign you up to pay for supplements. He is also "overweight' for a Nutritionist thats not good. I have worked with Dr. Biamonte for about 6 months now. I wish I could give him more stars as I think his candida elimination/dysbiosis program is very effsuective. I have had candida for 20 + years and done many programs to eliminiate it and this is the only one to work. It also makes sense - kill the candida by diet and also cleansing the intestinal tract, identify and address the underlying causes that have allowed it to flourish, address resulting nutritional/hormonal deficiencies. So, I think the program works. My two stars are the result of two things: rudeness on the part of the office staff and Dr. Biamonte himself and the requirement of monthly consults with Dr. Biamonte that are upwards of $300 per hour and usually less than worthless. Dr. Biamonte appears to do nothing to keep up with, remember or address his patients issues or concerns other than what supplements they need to keep buying from him. That said, the supplements and the program work. You're just on your own with it all. Here's one example: I had very bad diarrhea for months, which I mentionned to Dr. Biamonte more than once. His comment was that if it continued I should be tested for parasites. At the last consult the supplement "Aloe Lite" came up. I had been buying (from him) and taking this twice a day as recommended during this time. As I entered the next phase of the program I noticed it was not on my supplement list and asked him what it was for. His reply "It's a natural laxative". So, I'd been buying and taking a laxative at his direction for the numerous months I'd been having diarrhea!!!! Rather negligent, really. Fortunately I'm healthy enough that this was truly depleting, but not disastrous! Another exanple - for each consult one does a home urine test and fills out a form to scan and email to him. Problem - you only get one of the forms at the very beginning of the program. You're supposed to figure out that you need to make copies before filling it out so you can have them subsequently. I hadn't figured this out yet, so the second consult I just typed my results in a list and emailed them. His comment "how am I supposed to compare your results?". No kidding, direct quote! The next time I copied the first form with added columns so he could see the results side by side. His computer couldn't read it. I resent it in several different universal formats - still couldn't read it. Meanwhile I'm paying $300+ for this sh.. I've had essentially the same experience as the last reviewer with the office staff. In addition, the prices on his website are obsolete. When I called and asked if they were current before beginning I was told they were - not even close to true, they are significantly higher now. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. If there was another good alternative believe me, I'd take it, but I haven't found one. I am a 40 year old male from the country of Norway, living in the country of Norway. I have never met Michael Biamonte in person, only on telephone calls. For more than 20 years I have had various health-issues, many related to food and sleep. When eating I have often felt terrible afterwards, with this problem slowly increasing in later years. My sleep problems also have gradually increased, until a point of burn-out in later years. Most days I did not function in work or else. MDs in Norway was of no help. I read lots of litterature myself and finally understood that candida might be the problem. So I researched the internet to find somebody to get help from, and found Dr Biamonte. My approach to heath is that you have to take responsibility yourself, and be willing to learn, so that you yourself can take informed decisions. M Biamonte was from day 1 a "candida-guru" for me - he knows a lot about this. For one thing he could explain the source of my candida - mercury poisoning from my 6 mercury fillings. I ran with his supplement program - and it worked very well. My worst symptoms were gone after about 6 months, and after 1 year I was back working full time. I continued the full supplement program for another full year. Now, three years later, I do a reduced supplement program. I still stick vigorously to the eating program, and will probably do that for many years. The first year I had monthly phone-conferences with Dr Biamonte. Every conference I had lots and lots of questions - and he could answer. I do not find him to be particularly expensive, rather the opposite. It costs about 100 dollars for our monthly 1/2 hour consultation, this is approximately what it costs to see a private MD here in Norway. The supplements costs about the same as supplements elsewhere - but there are many of them (around 5) so there is a cost to this. I think I payed a total of about 7200 dollars for the first year on this program (600 dollars/mnth, including shipping to Norway which is about 125 dollars/mnth), and the same for the second year. It was money well spent. At any point I could email questions, and get answers - for free. Other experts are much more expensive. Dr Biamonte must be world-class when it comes to getting rid of candida. One thing that did not work for me was his urine-test - it never gave substantial results for me. It was more about the symptoms. He knows a lot about hair-testing, which was a great surprise. When it comes to other related topics - populating the gut with good bacteria, adrenal burn-out, parasites, he knows a lot, but not everything. So one should take the time and effort to informe oneself - this is valid in health, as in so many other aspects of life. Today, three years later, I still have mild detoxification symptoms, and expect that to last for a few more years. I do not need the regular consultations anymore. I still get free email answers, and I still buy a reduced supplement program. Dr Biamonte knows a lot, and his approach is very sensible. I found phone-conferencing to work very well. read more

I would give Michael Biamonte 0 starts if that was a choice. I was a patient for over a year and I started to have a really bad response to his treatment. I told him about it and he said it was normal so I trusted him and kept at it following his protocol. I have suffered with candida overgrowth for most of my life. I went to countless Dr's, naturopaths, healers seeking help. Wow I was just searching for Dr. Biamonte's recipe for mayonnaise when I found these reviews. In 1999 a Vanderbilt Hospital GI doctor told me I was 100% disabled from Fibromyalgia. I turned to Dr. Biamonte after a lot of research. I was fainting everyday. Every time I ate carbohydrates I would faint. One cracker, faint. The doctors, and there were a lot of doctors, told me I was so sensitive to stress and food that I was fainting. I had 3 of every digestive test the doctors had to offer. Every thing was normal. I finally tried Dr. Biamonte. On day 1, I stopped fainting. On day 10 I kept having a headache, Dr. Biamonte said Parsley tea and Vitamin E powder - headache gone in 5 minutes. After following all of his advice I am not disabled. I have never had those fainting spells again. I am healthier. I have no more silver in my teeth. I do not hurt like I used to. Today I do not eat the way Dr. Biamonte would recommend but I am still healthy. I continued to see my regular physicians while under Dr. Biamonte's care at Dr. Biamonte's request. I recall having short phone calls with Dr. Biamonte after each doctor visit. Let me tell you my family made sure I was seeking all medical help. I had 3 children in school and over 50 employees. Whatever is said out there I say this. Dr. Biamonte helped me to get over pains I has suffered since I was a child. I had pains in my legs, wrists and arms as far back as I can remember. My chronic fainting problem turned out to be low blood pressure. So all that to say from 1999 - 2002 I was under Dr. Biamonte's care. He more than helped me, he put me on a course to where I can work out without the terrible pain that comes the next day. I never thought he was a medical doctor. He is a doctor of Nutrition. I went to Michael Biamonte for almost two years of following his program strictly. Did I get worse? No. Did I get better? No. I had zero improvement on his protocol. Let me just say this. I don't doubt that Michael Biamonte's protocol has a lot of good aspects if you are strictly looking to treat the body in a 'symptomatic' manner. Meaning, treat the body strictly through nutritional supplements. And Michael has a wealth of knowledge in understanding a lot of how the mechanism of disease progresses throughout the body. But, he still does not acknowledge or address the root cause, which in turn leads many people to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars on his protocol. However, this is the not key to healing. This is STILL a band-aid treatment as I later learned. I've learned an immense amount about the nervous system since I worked with Michael. Michael is operating from an outdated protocol that is once again using the Western aggressive style of treatment towards 'different body aspects'. Yes, he uses herbs, but this is not how you heal at the root. Myself and countless others are healing our bodies of all of these conditions through nervous system re-wiring by understanding that it is the autonomic nervous system which is the primary root for all of this. Does Michael tell you this? No, because there's no money in actually teaching people to heal spiritually and emotionally and teaching people that a good portion of their thoughts/beliefs and old emotional patterns, which keep the nervous system in a state of fight/flight/freeze in the first place, is what is driving much of the illness in the body. Understanding this is understanding the key to all healing. I would have refrained from reviewing here at all, if Michael were at least a seemingly a caring practitioner, in my experience with him. Let me just say, each phone session with him, was like talking to a zombie. He literally barely said two words at the other end of the phone, and then gladly took my money while offering the basic same protocol he offers for most people. His protocol involved monthly urine tests for 135 dollars. 135 dollars a month just for urine tests which he demands are necessary!! Just to see....if there was still candida in my body. He then charged me 100 dollars per month for me to basically sit there and listen to him breathe at the other end of the phone. Have a look at his other insane prices. 10 minute sessions where he literally says nothing, he'll charge you 50 bucks. Did Michael, for a second take into consideration, my own emotional health or my lifestyle or my spiritual practices? Not once. This man preys on desperate sick people by making them believe that he has found 'the only answer' to healing chronic health conditions like dysbiosis and all of the other hell that goes wrong in the body. It's not. What he's doing is still treating the secondary aspects. Does it have a place in healing? Sure, but there's a lot easier, cheaper ways to address this stuff than doing what Michael offers, which go far beyond treating the body alone. There are multiple limbic retraining protocols such as DNRS, Gupta Program, ANS Rewire, plus trauma and nervous system programs that deal with the root of this stuff. michael biamonte put me on death bed..please read.. 2 years ago I started consulting with him for moderate candida.One year in to the treatment I had birthday cake for two days in a row and relapsed massively.I got a new infection called Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth,a disease with no cure and my candida has gotten lot worse than before I consulted with him. All the supplements he uses kills not only the bad bacteria but also the good bacteria in the gut.His supplements works similar to antibiotics.Without the good bacteria,your gut will become defenseless.Using his supplements will make you lot worse.Just because I went off the diet for just two days shouldn't have relapsed me so badly with a new infection in my small intestine,but lack of good gut flora paved a way for bad bacteria to thrive in my small intestine.And now as I am not absorbing the food in my small intestine,the candida is getting worse day by day. I see no way to come out his hell.My health has been getting worse.I am only able to consume beef broth and boiled cabbage and I am getting severe allergic reactions if I go off the diet.I don't think my immune system will be able to fight these two infections for long.I am exhausted mentally physically and emotionally He is well aware that people who are consulting with him can relapse if they cheat on their diet even for a little bit.He should have warned everyone who consults with him not to go off the diet.Still,he didn't.you know why? I was just reading all of the reviews here before I wrote my review and noticed that there were a several very bad reviews amongst many rave reviews. I used to run a Candida Albicans Advice Group in the UK for several years and what I noticed after helping hundreds of people, that there were a few people who couldn't follow directions, who cheated and then blamed the advice they were given. In EVERY case of people saying the protocol didn't work, I found they were not even doing it AT ALL the way they were supposed to be doing it because they were unwilling to stop eating or drinking things that made the candida worse and then blamed the program. That is what I think is going on with the people here putting up bad reviews, one person spoke about eating birthday cake for two days in a row and then all this bad stuff happened. When you get rid of candida, you have to be 100 percent committed and honest or you don't get results. That is true of ANY CANDIDA PROGRAM. Michael Biamonte has the best program I have come across that is out there and I have done it after trying many, many others. The thing that I realised was KEY to the success of his program is the testing that he does because when your symptoms go away, you think you are better but Michael tests to make sure the test shows its completed and usually IT IS NOT QUITE COMPLETE and you have to continue until THE TEST SHOWS IT IS COMPLETE. You don't decide you are complete any phase of his program until the test verifies it. I find his program to be completely scientific and programs I did with medical doctors NEVER EVER were as precise and scientific as Michaels. He is a total genius and I would disregard any bad reviews of him because I would bet my bottom dollar that these people DID NOT DO IT PROPERLY because when you do it by the book, it works. Its an amazing, science based, lab testing based program that is not hit and miss. It is very precise. If you self diagnose and ignore the procedures and make your own decisions on whether you are finished a phase of his program, then I doubt you will get better. You have to be able to follow directions and follow them exactly. His program is precise. I talked to many of his patients before I did his program and heard rave, rave success stories. With me, if I was in financial trouble, he worked with me to not drop off the program until I had more money. You just have to not give up ever and you get better. He is a total expert on parasites, gut health, leaky gut, auto immune. If you don't want to spend money or you don't have money, then you won't be able to do his program. Michael Biamonte has been absolutely awesome for me! I have had candida for 6 months and I tried so many different diets and it felt like the yeast infection would never go away. Finally after contacting Michael Biamonte I have been able to see major improvements within 3 months. The key is to just follow his program and it will disappear with time. My candida issue has cleared up about 95% from what it was like 6 months ago. Before I couldn't leave my house without putting on some type of vaginal cream. Now I don't even realize I have it as much. You should definitely go to your local doctor and get tested for candida first. I had been under Dr. Biamonte's care, Biamonte Center following 100% his very comprehensive program ( the consultations and all the products he sells AND manufactures hundreds & hundreds of dollars worth ) for over a year with absolutely no change. Never a " cheat " not once. He just kept selling me more & more products and requesting more & more tests ( some of course which he offered and up-charged me on ). I have had Candida for 19 years it got worse 9 years ago, I went to Dr's , naturopaths , spent over 30,0000$ I recieved as an inheritance, on everything they all recommended.
