After several minutes passed--and even after a phone call--he continued to ignore us. When we asked about it, he claimed he didn't remember saying he would assist us and made it clear that he did not work for the doctor we were there to see. He then went back to doing paperwork without offering any help or direction. When I expressed how unprofessional his behavior was, he responded with clear sarcasm, saying, "They always say that." I'm honestly glad he wasn't our doctor, because if his bedside manner is anything like his front-desk demeanor, I worry for anyone under his care. Afterward, I looked up his reviews and saw I'm not alone--others have also mentioned his sarcastic attitude. I would not recommend anyone choose Dr. Libenzon as their chiropractor. Manual work (deep tissue sports massages) are incredibly useful for anyone with muscle tightness, which can be a significant contributor to back/joint issues. Dr. Kanevsky is patient, intelligent, and flexible/accommodating at all times. Scheduling appointments over email is very easy. He also takes time to educate you on things you can be doing differently/exercises you can do at home. He does not push for unnecessary visits and over adjust (hyper mobility) like some other doctors. Prior to adjustments, he provides manual work/massaging, ultrasound, heat, electrical stimulation on muscle groups, and even stretching. This is very useful prior to adjusting, or else tense muscles will often revert the adjustment. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr Kanevsky for any chiropractic needs.

There is this heating mat with these tourmaline and jade stones placed on my back first to give this pulse of heat to warm the muscles. We then went with a massager after with some muscle warming salve to keep muscles from being sore afterwards. Finally, he slowly proceeded to make the spinal adjustments which used to scare me with other chiropractors in the past due to my crooked spine but Dr. Rosato was so patient with my anxiety and walked me through each step while putting me at ease the entire time. As you mentioned, I did use ZocDoc, a 3rd party provider and I have never had any other issues in all the years I have used them. Perhaps, If you have any issues with your ZocDoc and the appointments clients are making through ZocDoc you might consider not utilizing this service any further so as to not cause any problems in the future with your clients. Clients use this service and trust this services to make life easier on everyone becuaes all the inforomation for such appointments are already downloaded and stored in one place for convenience. If this service is not working for your office please don't use it so clients don't waist time going to confirmed appointments that your office does not know about. Also, the 1 star review is give is not because of any mix up between this office and ZocDoc or me changing my appointments. The low star review is because of how I was spoken to and how I was treated directly by Dr. G when I was at the office on 6/6. I was trying to figure out what the diconnect was because I received confirmations for my appointmnet. This simple matter could have been dealt with in a professional and understanding manner and I would have come back and made another appointment only if things had been handled differently. Instead, I was greated with "Who are you" and told "well I sould not be changing my appointments around".
