Dr Braver may be fine and the nurse practitioners are competent but the girl she has drawing blood…read moreat her Aventura office is borderline incompetent. I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job. I love that he's extremely knowledgeable, patient and is a great listener, he really takes time with his patients. Another plus is that he can perform bloodwork right in his office, saving time from having to go to an outside lab, especially when you're sick.
