I flew into town to help with her care and brought her for an appointment with Dr. Braun about a week after she had been released from the hospital. I found Dr. Braun to be extremely arrogant and told my family and me, "Look! She's fine!" before actually examining her (because she could walk). He paid no attention to her, ignoring her very obvious cognitive deficits, and appeared to be preoccupied the entire appointment. We had to call back multiple times to request a urine test for a possible UTI which we had requested in person at the appointment. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that the nurse who brought us to the room before he came in was very nice. I would not trust Dr. Braun with my health, let alone the health of my loved ones.

I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job.
