Shaun, the owner, was there and he did an assessment of my walking and measured my feet. I was surprised when he told me I have flat feet and I pronate when striding. Not only that he assured me I've been wearing the wrong size shoes. He sold me a supportive shoe in the correct size. They don't have a list of any insurances they take or deny, just that they "accept insurances". Well, of course they didn't accept mine. I'm a full time college student (also working full time, with a 4.0 GPA mind you) with excruciating heel pain, and I drove out of my way to Naples for the good reviews. I even missed work for this morning... and the woman at the front desk was less than happy to see me as I walked through the door. She asked for my name as if I had a barcode. Cold. Annoyed. Inconvenienced. When I told her my insurance she repeated HMO back to me as if it made her gag. She was literally, visibly grossed out by my insurance provider. Not recommended just from an office customer service point of view. List your accepted insurances so people don't waste their time, and maybe have a less robotic and cranked-up office rep... I know it's Monday morning, but you had plenty of time for your coffee, honey.

I have very high arches and a high step, which has made finding comfortable shoes difficult for years. I also developed painful calluses and assumed the issue was simply footwear. Dr. Calcagni took the time to clearly explain the anatomy of my feet and why they require specific support. Once that underlying issue was addressed, the pain resolved completely--just as he said it would. He removed my calluses painlessly, and after being fitted with orthotics, the difference was remarkable. I am now comfortable in a way I honestly didn't think was possible. The entire experience--from the professionalism and warmth of his staff, to the calm, welcoming office environment--was exceptional. Dr. Calcagni is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but also personable, patient, and genuinely attentive. I hold a Master of Science degree and worked in healthcare for many years, so my standards are high. I was thoroughly impressed. Well, today (8/25/2026) I brought my 84 year old mom (with her walker) into the store to purchase another pair of shoes ..she lives in Lake Worth, so it is a bit of a drive. We decided to go back to this store because we both purchased New Balance sneakers in February...and the gentleman that helped us back then was very nice! Don't recall his name... But today was an entirely different experience- I see that there are other comments and reviews for the woman behind the desk- rude and unsympathetic. Lisa C. nailed it with her comments in her review. We walked in and the first thing she said was, "do you have an appointment" and I said No. I asked if my mom could get a pair of shoes and she said "No - you need an appointment- booked for the day"! Then she said quite abruptly "you should have called"...hahahaha- really... I said I was here in Feb. and we just walked in- I asked her when they changed the policy, and she said about a month ago... Unless you are a customer that visits this store every day, how would one know about this policy change? { I viewed the website before I wrote this review and it doesn't even state anything about the required appointment - except: "Appointments for medical issues are highly recommended". Actually, the main webpage states: " We're not your everyday shoe store! Call us today to see how we can help you"! Now that is a pleasant and welcoming statement- too bad they don't carry over that business model into their store.} Then I asked the woman if I could speak to the man who was helping (the one and only customer in the store), and she said "No, you can't" - Hold on whoa!! What is her attitude? Well at that point I turned to my Mom and her aide and said "we are leaving; they are very disrespectful" ...As I passed by the man, I spoke to him directly anyway...asked if he could quickly see my Mom since she is elderly and doesn't get out much....I intentionally spoke to him because unless you are my GOD, you are not going to tell me who I can or can't communicate with...I found out he is the owner and he said he has no staff and he is very ill - of course, I am so sorry for your situation, but you should fire your rude staff person and close up shop now... perhaps you just don't care how you treat people! Karma works in strange ways. Thank goodness for FLEET FEET - they were very accommodating, and my Mom was in her new pair of $150 sneakers within an hour after we left your shop. If I could convince others reading this review not to come to your store then I have accomplished one small deed. The thought of having someone twisting and turning me to make things crack and pop was pretty scary. Dr. Matt did a great job at explaining everything that was going to happen and put me at ease before my adjustment. My injuries are on there way to healing and I now visit twice a week. Not only was my fear cured but I even look forward to my biweekly adjustments. The treatment has been improving things I wasn't even expecting, like knots in my neck I've had for years that I did not know were a chiropractic issue, as well as my nasal passages opening helping me breathe and sleep better. I had an extremely bad slip and fall accident, which left me in unbearable pain. My neck and back were out of whack, and I was out of work for 6 weeks. I was referred to Dr Matt and within the first week, the pain was subsiding and I was and I was feeling relief. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. He has a great bedside manner which is nit common with a lot of Dr's, most time I feel rushed when I see other doctors.
