A review was afforded to me post-servicing my teeth and was explained well. This mentioned their price points per service offered. The prioritization of each (need) service was made clear. No pressure was made to incur unnecessary decision making. The practitioner was calculated and (during this visit) attentive. Parking is limited due to appointment turnover and staff. The building temperature is relaxing. The bathroom cleanliness is spectacular. The staff hygiene is also clean and pleasing. The smell in all rooms is clean and unnoticed. Child response is superb based on appointment ambiance. Overall, this is a wise choice for dental care.

Dr. Clay can definitely fake it during your initial "consultation" but once he's got your money he is rude as all get out and truly doesn't care about his patients or their experience... I wouldn't take my dog there, and I will NEVER be going back... the ONLY silver lining to my experience, was the rest of the staff, they were amazing; kind and seemed to genuinely care. As I said before Dr. Clay treated me like a nuisance and was blatantly rude to the point of condescending and belittling. Also they have no answering service so good luck getting ahold of anyone after their "normal business hours". Their "normal" office hours are asinine at best, something like Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to noon, and Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 - 3:00... not real sure why they are like that but it certainly makes it difficult when it comes to making appointments... luckily I won't have to worry about that anymore!! Again I would stere FAR FAR AWAY from his "practice"; I would even drive as far as somewhere like Dallas if I needed treatment in the future!!!
