I scheduled an appointment specifically to establish care for my 3yr old son. At no point during scheduling was I informed that their providers do not see pediatric patients for ongoing care but for episodic events solely. There were 3 opportunities for them to clarify they DO NOT provide the services we were seeking. We were checked in, charged, and seen by the provider, only to be told during the visit that she could not help us because she does not provide the type of pediatric care we were seeking and " would not know which labs to order for his specific demographic", I genuinely appreciate the honesty and accountability from the provider as a medical professional myself. Had this been communicated when the appointment was made ( 2 separate accounts) we would never have scheduled the visit. To make matters worse, when we contacted the office afterward to express our concerns and request a refund, we were told that "services had been provided". While we technically met with the provider, the purpose of the appointment could not be fulfilled from the start. We left without establishing care and without receiving the service we scheduled. What was most troubling was the unprofessional way our concerns were handled. Rather than listening and attempting to resolve the issue, the conversation became emotional and confrontational by the billing department (Amanda); ultimately showing greed instead of appropriate patient-centered care. Mistakes happen, but accountability and professionalism matter. Families seeking care for their children deserve accurate information before being charged 100$ for an appointment. I will NOT be recommending them to any of my patients moving forward. If proper facility management was conducted this review would have never existed.

I have never had a doctor that takes a great deal of time to discuss EVERYTHING with me. I am a diabetic and started having problems with my feet. He immediately sent me to a surgeon and I had to have half of my foot amputated. Now that doctor was a good doctor as well but I wasn't crazy about his wound care. Dr. Craig's wound care is amazing. Like I said, I'm a diabetic and the wound from the amputation was not healing and the doctor that did the surgery wanted to put me back in the hospital and go back in to amputate the whole foot. Dr. Craig immediately told me to start coming in twice a week for wound care and he felt like it would heal but might take quite awhile. He was absolutely correct....it took 7 or 8 months but it did heal and I am doing amazing now. Even when I'm not there to see him, he ALWAYS makes sure he comes in and tells me hello and hugs me. The 3 people that did the 1 star review were obviously family but what they are saying they experience with Dr. Craig is not like him in any way. And yes, I know SEVERAL people that to go him and they love him just as much as I do, if not more. Please don't listen to the other people. Go to him and see for yourself how wonderful he truly is! She's also the one that takes your vitals and preps the doctor on what your visit is for. Speaking of warm, Dr. Rivera has the best bedside manner that I've ever received from a doctor -- and that covers a lot of ground. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable -- and perhaps more importantly -- always gives you time to speak about your concerns and ensures that you leave with a game plan and that you fully understand her reasoning behind it. I highly recommend this office for any of your health needs, especially since it's so difficult for locals to find good healthcare here. PS: Keep in mind that they're closed from 12PM-1PM for lunch.

I've never had a primary care provider who did such a thorough initial assessment. I'm able to easily get an appointment, visits were on time and Dona takes her time to address my concerns. I had been unwell for over 6 months and no one could figure out why. Dona was able to order testings, refer me to specialists and we finally figured out why I was sick. I've had some chronic health issues that no other providers cared to treat. Now I'm on meds to manage my symptoms. Centered Health also has TENS pain relief therapy that really helped me with neck and back pain. I also get Vitamin D3 and weekly weight management injections. Give Centered Health a try. They're awesome.

The lady at the reception desk is rude, unattentive & unhelpful. She seriously replied to text messages while checking me in, left to go to talk to other employees & never gave any pleasantries to any patients! She needs to get fired immediately!!! Dr Weingarten isn't much better. She never checked my blood results for 10 months nor called with the results. She's screwed up my medications several times. Last appointment, finally found a new doctor! My 8 year old niece would be better. Go to a different doctor if you can!
