We decided on Josef because of several different factors: Reference from one of our painting contractors Professionalism during the estimate process Promptness in getting back to us when we had questions Josef and his assistant showed up right on time the first day, put the mortar and tiles on the wall, then told us they'd be back the next day to do the grouting. They showed up right on time again, did the grouting and said they'd be back the next time to put the seal on the tile, which they did. The job they did looks fantastic! The best thing of all was that they cleaned (I mean CLEANED) up the area around the work so well that we didn't have to clean up after them! We were prepared to do it ourselves, but they made sure they covered the flooring and countertops where they were working. Hubby was home the entire time they worked and said he was VERY impressed with their work as well as their professionalism. I'd recommend Veni Flooring, Inc. to anyone who needs quality work done. Some would not tell me the brand the flooring was. Some just did not know their products. It was all so frustrating. Then along came Charles. My knight in shiny armor. He is sincere, honest and truly cares about your needs. He lets you know if there is a delay or a problem. I felt that I was in good hands. He told me all I needed for the floor. The supplier he deals with is top notch. Then came delivery/installation. I was immediately was put at ease with the worker he sent. I wanted to keep him. He did a nice job installing the floor. As soon as there was a little dust or mess there he was with his broom and vacuum. I love my floor. I did not even have to get use to it. My old floor was dark and this one was quite lighter. I do not expect to have any problems now. If I do I have confidence that Charles and his crew would be right here. Carpeting will be done soon. My plan is to go with Charles again. The vinyl has a few little holes in it and it doesn't look so nice anymore. Here's the skinny--they are an AMERICAN MANUFACTURING FACILITY. I take this very seriously when purchasing something this expensive. And yes, the AMERICAN PRODUCTS MADE ONSITE cost a bit more than the Chinese products that they also carry (to give people cheaper options). Since the quality is unmatched, I choose them over other companies, period. Once you are in their radar, the service is unmatched too. I'm a customer for life.

I walked around the showrooms and it was a good 15 minutes or so until someone actually came up to me to see if I needed any assistance. It was an older gentleman and though he did take a few minutes to show me some chairs, he wasn't the friendliest nor did he seem genuinely interested in helping me. Overall the showrooms are rather drab and the products fairly pricey. They do have a sale section in the backroom where you might be lucky in finding more affordable salon equipment. And one other downside to this place is that it's only open on weekdays and only until 5 pm - making it a bit more challenging for someone who has a 9-5 job.

Victor cleanly and safely removed the broken glass and came back a few hours later with a replacement piece. By 4pm, the entire project was done, and only one other company had even messaged. Price was great and the service/speed was amazing. Note - Victor used the broken pieces as a template to cut the new one - so don't throw out the broken glass if it's a unique shape! Him removing it helped him make a new one and prevented me from having to deal with the old broken one.

My wife found DJ Marble through a Google search around 10AM on a Sunday morning and called. She expected to leave a message and was surprised when Derrick answered. She explained the situation and Derrick asked us to meet him at noon at a stone supplier. He took us around and explained each type in great detail. We finally picked the "perfect" quartzite stone only to find out that most of the stock was on hold for another customer. He smiled and said he'd be right back. About 10 minutes later he came back saying "the stone is yours"... the material was delivered to DJ Marble's shop the next day. Derrick came to our house to measure and discuss details that we never considered, offering great insight and knowledge. MK has met timeline and budget with fair pricing on any extras, which is extremely rare in constructions. Materials. High quality materials, and I could choose what I wanted as brands and models for siding and interior finishing. I am still and denial my project went so well.
