Brooke, Kim and the NEAT Chicago team helped me during a recent move to organize my "big problem areas" (my words, not theirs) - kitchen, bathroom and entry closet. I believe it helped me get under contract so quickly having a home that was very well cleaned. I did have some blinds that were damaged due to cleaning. However, I believe that was due to age of the blinds and nothing to do with negligence. Accidents happen - and Dustbunny did offer to pay for a new blind for me - which I declined since they did such a great job and the blinds were old anyways.
