I'm a size 20 and the robe they give you actually fit me. The relaxing music was a little loud but I chose not to say anything. My daughter did and it was quickly turned down. I had the massage afterward and she concentrated on all the areas I requested even my feet. It was amazing. My daughter also got a facial and massage but with different added amenities. She really enjoyed herself and it provided the relaxing spa day we were looking for. Originally we had appts booked at the Beau Rivage (where we were staying) but we decided to look around and although this place wasn't cheap we were able to get 4 services for what it would have cost us for only 2 at the Beau Rivage. And our masseuse actually works at the BR spa on the weekends so we basically got the same service. This spa has many other amenities to choose from. I have two more procedures to go through and I wouldn't want to go anywhere but here. Front desk - promptly greeted and my information was taken. The lady was very personable. Pre-op - empathy and genuine caring are hard to fake. My pre-op nurse was so nice. I've had many IV's started and she gets the prize as the smoothest experience ever. She got me some warm blankets to keep me comfortable. Checked on me often. Nurse Anesthetist was freaking awesome. So nice! Operating Room - every here was very professional and personable. Again Nurse Anesthetist was awesome. Recovery - very smooth experience. They called a day or two later to make sure I was doing OK. Great job and I'll be back!

After failing to order the right equipment, they actually refused to treat me, unbeknownst to me, and refuse to accept any accountability. The Diabetes Center is NOT Veteran friendly. It's another clinic claiming to be and will gladly accept Veteran insurance.
